Beautifully appointed room, warm and comfortable. Sparkling clean bathroom. Lovely view of the garden. Great location, close to shops, buses and the town centre. Room is inside a house which is actually on Lea Rd, very close to McDonalds googlemaps had a problem finding it.

Parking was problematic and we got blocked in by a neighbour that we couldn’t find. Also found the main door lock a bit fiddly.

i loved that it was unique compared to a hotel, it was a home from home and felt very welcoming, was quiet and peaceful and any time of day, the shower was lovely and was presented with a welcome card with my name which i thought was a lovely touch.

this is a small thing and i wouldn’t say i didn’t like this but what could be improved; there was mix and match crockery and cups, (e.g 1 wine glass) we did have wine so was a bit of a pain but that’s just being picky. and for someone who likes tea and coffee there was only a couple tea bags and a 2 sachets or sugar, so maybe a few more of each. but again that’s not a negative as we could have always asked for more. all together was a really lovely stay!

Booking really straight forward. L9ve the keycode entry both to the property and the rooms. Have stayed in room 2 and 5 so far. One ground floor with patio doors to garden- really light and airy. One first floor - lovely and cosy. Furnished in calming colourways. Beds comfy, showers good. Having the fridge and microwave along with the little kitchenette is great. You also have use of the communal kitchen - so on longer stays can cook meals, do washing etc. Jay who manages the property is really friendly and helpful. 24 hr McDonald's close by if you get late night munchies. About 15 mins walk to train station and then centre. Taxi is about £5 to station.

Nothing - staying again later in the year 😊

Very convenient for going to see bands at both KKs Steel Mill and the Giffard Arms. Nice outdoor area where you can sit if the weather is nice. Room was comfortable, with a small kitchen area with microwave. Description gave impression there were more facilities in the kitchen, but they are in fact in a communal kitchen, which was kept very clean. Manager dealt with any minor issues very promptly.

Parking. What a nightmare. If you park on the front of the property there's a good chance someone will park over the lines on the road and block you in, unless your in the very first space. Fortunately by the time we left we were able to get out.

Great condition, nice and clean with clear instructions on how to enter etc. Also the service when I needed to make a call to the owner / company was excellent.

The electric tripped ( possibly by the provided kettle) and I had to make a call at 07.30 - having waited a while first to try and be polite. It was easily resolved to be fair, but annoying. Also, despite repeatedly trying, we were unable to cook on the hob. It was possibly the pans provided as they looked well used, but a fried egg just sat there uncooked for 15 minutes 😃 Also you need to provide a handle for the grill tray please. Couldn’t find one. Also kept banging our knees on the sink cabinet in en-suite as it is so close to the door.

The overall look of the building was pretty nice and the room was cosy and tidy. The communal garden was an excellent touch. Very beautiful and comfy. Suitable for smoking as well, which made it suitable for my partner. The bathroom worked pretty well, especially the shower. I was happy with the access to such networks as YouTube Premium and Netflix on TV. This made some slow hours more entertaining. Very huge and diverse option of facilities to use. The management and staff was very friendly and professional despite not seeing them face-to-face due to fully automated system. They have ensured we got to the residence with no problems.

The main entrance was a bit too narrow, especially when you are a tall and big person. Possibly my fault for being big, but can't do anything with my height, that's just the way I am. Whilst the security deposit was well explained and processed efficiently, I am still a bit displeased with the fact that an extra fee has had to be paid prior to arrival. I would prefer paying everything at once instead. And hopefully the deposit will not be too critical, as we have made sure the property wasn't damaged in any way, but who knows what is considered a damage in this situation. Communal areas may be a bit weird to get used to at first, which is not a drawback but more of an FYI if you wish to travel here. Be ready for this experience.

Value for money was great. The Staff kept us up to date with emails and text of how to get in, what is expected in terms of deposits, and even things like timeframes (such as we’ll send you code details on the day of arrival at about lunchtime) is so welcome. Communication and customer care was exceptional. Everything felt welcoming, and we had plenty of amenities offered by the place, overall the next time we visit we’re definitely staying with them again. If you’re visiting the KK Steel Mill for a gig this place is a prime choice as it’s only a 10 minute walk, with shops and fast food joints close by. Comfortable place, bed qualities good with nice amenities.

During the evening the entire room became really warm all of sudden and it wasn’t down to our radiators. It woke us both up to open up the window and let in some air. I appreciate we were offered a really nice quality air conditioner but it became a small grievance. The shower’s temperature gauge was really stiff and a little faulty we think, the only temperature it could muster was boiling hot, so we unfortunately had to skip the shower.

The room was very clean and had all utensils, great bed, warm, microwave and fridge which was brilliant for working away from home. There is access to kitchen and all pots and pans as well. Great location 10mins walk to town and round the corner from Sainsburys and other eateries. Easy access and great communication will definitely come back when in Wolverhampton again. Highly recommend.There was a communal area out the back which looked great for when was warmer. Deposit returned immediately with no delay. Parking on street and 3x spaces in front.

The set up is awesome - regular contact leading up to your stay and all access is pre-arranged so not reliant on getting keys/cards etc. The room was exceptional value - I've had to pay twice as much for far less quality - there's fridge and microwave so you can take your own food/snacks to tide you over but they do message you the local restaurants' details beforehand which I think is a really nice touch. There is road parking and we didn't have a problem. I thought the personal introduction and contact from Jay, the General Manager was very considered and definitely made this property stand out. Will definitely be recommending them and look to stay here again when in the Wolverhampton area. Absolutely excellent.

This is a semi detached house in a residential area so parking is tight , it is a 20 minute walk into the heart of the town however there is a bus stop very close by so you can hop on

I was not very happy being asked for a photo of my bank card , I did send it as I was en route and this is apparently how payment is taken , an extra £50 deposit was taken which I did not expect either. I have contacted the bank and they have advised me to cancel the card now as it has breached security so very inconvenient
