nice clean room spacious. staff very friendly upon check in.

our room was a king suite and we had to go down and secure bedding for the pull out sofa. I felt these should have already been in place.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was very nice. Checking is very smooth. The rooms are nice and spacious bed is comfy with no complaints. The breakfast is also hot and fresh. They give you sausage, orange juice, and a lot of other choices to choose from I would recommend this hotel.

The toilet ran the last night we were there and by the time we alerted the front desk maintenance had left. We were offered another room but I didnt feel like moving my stuff so we shut the bathroom door and all was well.

The property was clean. The photos doesn’t do it justice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

I checked in early as requested through the Booking.com site. Although, upon arrival I was told it was full the night before so the room wasn’t ready. I waited a little bit and Dee told me they had a room for me. I booked a king bed and got a double Queen. I then wanted to pay with a different credit card than what I originally put on file to hold the room and was told my card was already charged (at 7:30am) I hadn’t checked into the facility until 12:30 pm .I had never heard of such a thing. Dee said it was to hold my room because they were double booked. That was very discouraging.

The hotel room was nice, clean, and quiet. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located near some restaurants and a grocery store which made it easy to grab some dinner. It's also close to the highway which worked well for this trip.

The staff is very cordial, helpful and go out of their way to help you. Lisa whom does the breakfast is such an awesome lady!! She truly is an asset to your company and hope she and others are compensated for their great attitude!!

Carpets are dirty in hallways and laundry room could use a better washer and dryer set.

The staff had excellent customer service skills ❤ but the housekeepers want you gone by check out no exceptions 🤣🤣

I loved EVERYTHING ♥

The location was fine and I have always enjoyed my stay at the motel.

I did not like the bed. The mattress was to hard and uncomfortable and I could not sleep as comfortable like I have in the past. The toilet was running off/on through out the night and the noise was irritating.

Breakfast was very nice. Area was clean and well stocked. Check in was effortless and the desk staff were friendly. Our room was great.

I heard no noise from other rooms but it’s close to a busy street. There were some loud mufflers from time to time up until about midnight. Not the fault of the hotel but if that kind of noise bothers you, I’d suggest for you to bring a small fan or noisemaker.

Everything was clean neat and nice. Next time in Dothan planning on staying there again. Have stayed in three other properties in Dothan over the years yours we would return too. Bed was great! Very comfortable!!!

For a first time out after covid a smile or greeting from your staff would have been nice. They were busy at check in but passing through the lobby a greeting of some type would have been nice.
