Hampton Inn Foley

Breakfast was very good. The attendant was very helpful. The hotel location was close to our Car Show. The hotel was easy to get to, and close to restaurants and shopping.

The noisy guests on the fourth floor above us. We learned it was children attending a cheerleading camp. Parents had to be called to quiet them down. The front desk clerk took care of that problem. However, the Manager suggested that I change rooms. I refused. Told her to make the offenders move. And I quote, " It's not my problem, YOU handle it. The third night it was very quiet !

My 2 children and I stayed here for our vacation 2 weeks ago. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, we were treated with the most welcoming, respectful service. The staff was always smiling and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Even housekeeping had great attitudes. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Gulf Shores and about 20-25 minutes away from the beaches in Orange Beach so we were really close to all the fun attractions. There are many restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel so having to run into Walmart or choosing something different to eat every night was really easy and convenient. The pool was really nice as well. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Did not know you had to ask for housekeeping services for making beds and used towels. I enjoy a clean towel each day. Lynleigh was excellent and gave me some clean towels. Room housekeeping gave me some hair conditioner. We left her a 10 dollar tip and thanked her. Breakfast staff lady was very on the ball and so pleasant.

Towel replacement and room service on two or mor days.

This property had the following that we loved: *Friendly staff—The lady that checked us in, checked us out when we left two days later and asked us about our days and remembered about why we were there. She was great! *Location—we were near so many restaurants like Cracker Barrel, Five Guys, Whataburger, Buffalo Wild Wings, and we were near outlet shopping at Tanger Outlet Clean Facilities—The rooms were so clean as well as the bedsheets and pillows Comfort of room—The AC was fantastic because it stayed at our desired temp (we like it cold) and our beds were great.

This is not a slight on the hotel, only the other patrons staying there. Someone had been smoking weed at some point because we smelled in the the hallway. It was only there our first night and was not the following night. I wish people were more respectful of others and not to smoke that in a building.

the nite shift guy was awful couldn't tell me where my room was and said u can see when I give u your key your girls in the morning are on top of things night shift is a different story

The location was perfect, right behind a restaurant and immediately off the main drag. We could get to most attractions in minutes.

The breakfast was bare minimum. Only ONE waffle iron, so standing, waiting was the norm. Rooms containing pet allergens should be designated.

The staff was warm and welcoming, my room was fresh and clean and a great size for me, the complementary breakfast was a plus and with great options. My overall stay was great and I will surely be back again.

I have no complaints or improvement suggestions.

the staff were very personable and nice! the hotel is in a really good location close to everything. the breakfast was super good too!

the beds were not as comfy as i hoped they would be, it was kinda hard to get a good sleep on them although my hubby slept like a rock & said the beds were nice so it’s all on how each person likes their bed! & the showers don’t drain properly so you’ll be standing in water.

I love how clean the property is. It is right near everything we wanted to do in Foley. I loved how comfy the bed was. Very spacious room if you get the king with fold out couch.

I didn’t love how small the tub was. This room was immaculate but the tub was narrow. It would be a better deal if it had a garden tub or even just a slightly wider tub.

Very accommodating as we requested a quiet room ground or first floor. We’re given a lovely large room on the ground floor room Very comfy bed and good facilities. Would recommend.

Only would prefer not to have plastic cutlery for eating breakfast.
