It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful

Great location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. In room amenities were perfect other than the small coffee pot but we knew about it ahead of time and just brought our own.

Had one bath towel with yellow stain. The front desk attendants were all super helpful except the night shift. We had went down to ask for another towel and he was sitting at front desk eating a bag of chips. We greeted him and asked for the towel, he goes to get the towel, comes back and we thanked him. The guy never said a word through the whole interaction with us.

The staff especially Jenn was wonderful. After a communication problem between Booking.com and the hotel she assured me everything would be fine and I would have a place to stay. The hotel was by far the best I've ever stayed at. The location to shopping, restaurants, and the beach was perfect. The pool area with outdoor seating was nice and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodating of our needs during our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I liked having a larger refrigerator and microwave in the room. Overall I would highly recommend staying here! In the future I will even look into staying at other Hilton brand properties.

The breakfast wasn't the best but you could at least grab a muffin or piece of fruit.

This property was so nice! We came down to gulf shores for my partner’s birthday and this was the first time we have stayed in a Home2 Suite. We also brought our dog! The room was large and very clean. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but good! All of the employees were so kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying at this property.

This is more of a structural issue, but the door to the bathroom took up pretty much all the space in the bathroom. The door has to be shut in order to do anything in the bathroom. This isn’t really a huge issue, but it was slightly inconvenient. I would still choose to stay at this property again!

The property was clean and the staff at the front desk was friendly. The pool was nice and there was an outside patio area near the pool and another on the other side of the building. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My oldest slept on the pull out couch and never complained. Really liked that the room had a full sized fridge and dishwasher. Location overall was good. Lots of shopping nearby with short drive to the beach.

The breakfast was a bit limited but had waffles which my kids loved. The room bathroom was small and the door couldn’t open all the way because it hit the toilet.

We evacuated to Foley for Hurricane Ida. We stayed one night, then had reservations at another hotel chain. We were so impressed with Hilton Home suites 2 that we changed our reservations back to the Home Suites. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. We make many trips to Foley/Gulf Shores area throughout the year. This was out first time at this hotel, but it won't be our last. We tell everyone, we were on Hurrication. We were close to many attractions and hotel staff helped relieved some of stress. Definitely an A-rated hotel.

The only complaint I can think of is the pool is shaded most of the day, so the water is a little chilly. But that did not stop the grandkids, ages 7 and 3, to swim everyday.

The place all over was wonderful! All of the staff were super friendly Ms. Penny and Ms. Michelle were super helpful! The rooms were very clean they give you plenty of towels and washcloths. they also had cooktops and skillets at the front desk that you could take to your room to cook, there are also gas grills outside you can use and there is a fire pit and a little hang out area. The Outlets is across the road. And the beach was only 20 minutes away.

There was nothing to not like.

Location was great; near sites visited, restaurants close and varied. beach within short drive. Size of room acceptable and fair for price. Secure and safe site.

Had problems with refrigerator compartment not working and sink drain plug not working in bathroom sink. Otherwise all other facilities worked very well.

I loved the location everything was right there. The staff was super helpful. Rooms was very spacious and super clean. Recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The only negative thing I can say about this hotel was a little ant problem not overwhelming but ants here and there other than that the hotel was superb!!! The mini kitchenette was awesome as well. I was on the 4th floor so it was super quiet. Beach about 15 minutes away. Outlets walking distance across the road.

Room was much larger than expected. Offered so much that I did not expect like a full refrigerator and kitchenette. So nice.

The family above us kept running in room and it was extremely noisy. We had to call the front desk to ask them to call them about it. This was very helpful.
