Breakfast was excellent!! Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Spectacular location for shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, Walmart and a variety of other stores, most within walking distance.
When we checked in we were required to provide a credit card number for damage charges for the rooms. I SPECIFICALLTY asked the desk clerk if my card would be charged before we checked out and I was told no. When we got to our room and I was checking out my bank account there was a $100.00 charge already on my card from this hotel. NOT HAPPY! The charges were returned about a week later but we felt accused of destroying the room or something before we even stayed! Not good public relations!

Breakfast Great staff nice friendly go above and beyond to please the guest Manger was nice friendly professional and is running a 5 star operation will definitely offer.this hotel to all visitors Can neat property they follow all crona virus preventive measures all staff wore mask they sanitary the building after each guest house keepers are professional trained they thank u when u arrive and thank u for staying

The concept of the way it's comfortable like rich folks but not expensive.. and they still have breakfast unlike any room in San Antonio.. Love that room ...
The fact my toilets in almost every room I checked into in that location...OVER Flooded... They got me right switched rooms and what not but got damn.. fix y'all plumbing not talking mess but it's such a beautiful place... 😁😁😁💯💯🥰🥰🥰💅💅

the elevators take so long sometimes even 20 minutes they are very small too and it takes soo long for you to be able to get in because ppl may have the cart to for the baggage and you just have to wait since it has 35 floors

clearly a cheaper, outdated hotel, questionable smells, bath not draining well, toilet squealing through the night which is ok when looking for a cheap hotel to sleep in get up and leave but $129 is way overpriced. 69-79$ was expected.

Wouldn’t give us an extra blanket for my son and there was never any breakfast (except the eggs) when we would walk to the lobby. & we went early like we were told to do.
