The staff at this hotel is so friendly and competent, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They also responded quickly to requests.

The hot breakfast was not very tasty, but I can't fault the hotel since it is a chain and I am sure the menu items are standard. The "scrambled eggs" are just a round flat yellow patty that looks like it was poured from a carton into a mold. The sausage was very thin and dry. But there are a good variety of other foods for breakfast, and they do include fresh fruit as well. The staff was great and the room is very clean.

Clean and bright. Updated, contemporary bathroom and room. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff throughout the hotel was very friendly. Location was convenient to rocket center and plenty of places to eat.

Would have liked bacon as one of the breakfast meat choices.

Breakfast was good except oranges. I can't understand why the quality of fruits is much higher in Walmart than in the hotel, they definitely have to find another supplier. The reception desk is flabby, especially on contrast with the Starbucks cashier I had visited before arrived at the hotel. The cashier was more happy, joyful and welcoming than the reception desk. The sound isolation is weak. I have heard people above my room peeing while I was lying on the bed and all voices from nearby rooms.

The breakfast was the best of any of the Holiday Inn & suites I have stayed. The larger pork sausage links and the pancakes.tasted great the bagels where very fresh and soft my husband made a bagel sandwich with the pork sausage links, eggs and cream cheese and he is still saying how great it was, The condition of the rooms and property was great. I just wish the room had usb plug ins. The location for us was not perfect. Since we were on our way to Panama City Beach Fl. But I understand there is not many places to stay off I65S around Huntsville Al which is just a little over half way. Oh the bathtub was very slippery, not good for a older person.

Bath tub slippery. Maybe when they are cleaned they could be wiped down with a dry cloth this mite prevent them from being slippery.

How exceptionally clean it was. The breakfast was well worth staying there also. I always look for hotels with free breakfast. 8/10, me and my family still have to opt to go out for breakfast because of the horrible processed meat selection and the lack of selection but here we made sure we did not miss breakfast and the pancake machine was in a whole other level…. first time seeing such a machine and the product was better than phenomenal to the point I’m checking into the price of one for family reunion. I will say the sausage was not eatable for me as all processed sausages at hotels for me so I was more than happy to see bacon the following morning.

There was nothing to not like about the property. Except for the sausage lol but I can live with that because overall the breakfast selection and spread of the selection was better than satisfactory!

The front desk clerk was very kind and down to earth. The shower products were empty and she was kind enough to bring me a shower gel. I appreciated that. Room was pretty clean except the sink counter and the shower area around.

The breakfast needed more variety. Breakfast was more suited for unhealthy eating. There was no fruit at all and only eggs and bread products, milk. No non diary milk. I only had a gluten free bagel. Bathroom sink counter had black residue. Thank Heaven I always clean with disinfectant wipes. The shower area outside was a bit dirty but not a huge deal since I always wear shower shoes.

Everything! We definitely will be back. Our room was quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly. ALL the staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was very clean and spacious for three people! The only thing missing was a Bible..but our overall Vacation was SPOT ON...kudos Holiday Inn Express in Huntsville AL 😉😊

Not much vending choices! My grandson and I love the vending machines and our choices were limited but we survived!

The hotel and room were quite clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. This Holiday Inn Express & Suites took COVID precautions seriously at the time of check-in. They were prepared for our arrival, allowing for the check-in process to be mere seconds. Even with COVID restrictions in all hotels at the time of our travel, this hotel provided a hot delicious breakfast: eggs, sausage, biscuits, pancakes, etc. The lady working the breakfast bar was friendly and efficient: She kept the food stocked and the buffet area and tables clean and sanitized.

Everything good coordination the staff is on point very helpful the cleaning ladies very sweet and do a great job I cannot complain everybody did a great job I would definitely come back to stay thank you everybody for your hospitality God bless and happy New Year's from the Torres family

It was clean. Front desk attendant was friendly. He charged me for incidentals but I’m not sure what that covered.

The room I was assigned was next to storage room. Staff was in and out the storage room all night. So front desk staff did not accommodate my request. It was a restless night. Then someone in a car outside my window was playing their music very loud. I expected a quiet and peaceful night sleep but it was less than. Please include shower caps, toothpaste & tooth brush
