Microtel Inn & Suites Huntsville

I like the nice and very friendly front desk workers, the cleaning ladies, and the breakfast was phenomenal hot eggs , Bacon, biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker it was the best hotel I e stayed at for such a great valued price the only thing I didn't like was the dark blue walls but the beds are very soft and clean and the so are the bathroom towels and just everything was very clean nice and neat id prefer this one to all my friends and family.

The only thing I didn't like was the dark blue walls they had painted in the rooms but everything else was very nice and very comfortable.

Everything was great; however I feel that the cleaning staff could be better. My check in time was at 3pm but the rooms still was ready. I got there early and check in but once I made it to the room it was very nasty both of my rooms. I waited in the hallway until they were cleaned.

I didn't eat breakfast while I was there I like that they didn't bother me

I didn't like the fact that I rented a room as a single person with my pet and the best people gave a room key to someone that was not even on my guest list because it was just me and my dog I'm very dissatisfied with that

Location was great for our plans. We had a girls night planned downtown & was only 8 minutes from downtown.

Friendly staff, beds were comfortable, the tub would have benefited from a magic eraser & some Dawn. It was clean but the soap scum build up was getting out of hand. They are still doing a grab & go bagged breakfast right now. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The price was fair. It was quite and the staff was friendly.

The place needs maintenance and updating. Carpets has stains, walls need painting, and I never seen breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk lady was extremely nice. They are updating the hotel, and since Covid hit they are working on getting their pool up and going. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. We had no issues and our room was clean. It’s an A in my book!

Nothing bad or negative to say.

I loved the breakfast the waffle maker and cereal. As well as the orange juice and apple juice also tasted very fresh 👍🙂

lights didn’t work in the entryway, shower/tub needs an acid or bleach cleaning, shower curtain was too long

Some wear and tear on building. Lights in room needed to be fixed. No breakfast as advertised.

The breakfast was just fine. DIY waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc. Pretty average set up and very clean!
