Hampton Inn & Suites Huntsville Hampton Cove

The exceptional customer care from Mandy was great. She was extremely friendly upon checking us in. She made sure we were happy with our room as well as to check in with us throughout our stay. The location was easy to navigate without a lot of traffic. We were celebrating a wedding and it was quick and easy to get to and from the venue. It could use a few more sit down restaurant options but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Being close to the busy road was a drawback. When we did not have the air conditioning on the traffic noise on the road side of the hotel was loud. Especially on the weekday 7:30 am. Also the one elevator that was working was very slow.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in/out was smooth with no problems. Due to mobility problems, a handicapped accessible room was rented. The room was clean and spacious, the King bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had all the necessary handholds to facilitate my needs. This property is a short distance from downtown and the major attractions of Huntsville but has the mountains to separate you from the bustle of the city. We plan on staying here whenever we travel to Huntsville!

It was a last min booking and there was no problem getting a room. Its In a great location for us to stay and go visit family when we arrive in town.

someone pretend to be from front desk and was complaining on my kids (3,3,4) because they were “loud” we were just getting off a 10 hour road trip and trying to get settled into the room. IM SORRY THE WALLS ARE THIN AND YOU EXPECT FOR US TO TIPTOE INSIDE. We were excited to finally get into a room and relax and thank god for safe travelers. Oh and I was a single parent trying to handle all of them and unpacking on my own. THEY ARE KIDS. WHEW, DID I ALSO ADD AUTISTIC, AND ADHD. SO LETS BE MINDFUL OF OTHERS 😡😡😡 GOOD THING IT WAS FOR ONLY THAT NIGHT

Lady at front desk at ck n was super nice even when I couldn’t get inter net hooked she walked me though it & then couldn’t get TV on again super about helping me . Thought I was done bothering her with problems & my room key wouldn’t let me back n my room but once again she took care of me with a big friendly smile . She was wonderful & I really appreciated all of her help & great smile !!!

Only that wasn’t many good restaurants go 2 close by only fast food . Any thing else u needed was very close by

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean room and facility. Very clean and orderly breakfast area and dining room.

Breakfast could use a some improvement. Eggs quite bland and tasteless. Toaster did not work right. Had to hold lever down inorder to toast anything in one slot.

Very clean and welcoming hotel and room. Room was very updated with all decorative items, furniture and fixtures in excellent condition. Room accessories situated in ideal locations for comfort. Linens smelled fresh and were cozy. Breakfast area was nice and spacious with lots of room for social distancing. Buffet was very tasty and appealing. Hotel staff was very attentive to replenishing the food items.

Nothing...wish we could have stayed longer.

I liked that the property was in a good location easily accessible to restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and welcoming with each encounter.

Check out is at 11:00am and the housekeeper came bursting into the room at 9am while I was in bed. Housekeeping should check to see who has already checked out prior to entering rooms.

Every staff member that I had contact with were super friendly and welcoming. The evening front desk clerk, not sure of her name, remembered me the next evening and asked if we had enjoyed our time with extended family.

Located a used towel and wash cloth hanging in the bathroom. Aside from that the room and bathroom seemed to be clean. I believe the towel and wash cloth were just over looked.

It was located away from the city but close enough that we had access to everything. My husband played golf at a RTJ course just minutes from our hotel. No hassle with parking either.

Good warm breakfast: two hot entrees (different each day) and waffle machine with regular and banana bread batter. Room was nice and at night. Facilities very clean.

Lobby coffee was cold in the evening. Their "laundry facilities" consist of one regular washer and dryer.
