VIP Inn and Suites0

The area had too expensive hotels for a week visit. But, I only needed a clean room and place to sleep. This stay was the best for the cost. I stayed here before and was very pleased with the cleanliness and easy access to the car. To add the people were very nice.

It didn’t have a coffee maker.

I was really impressed with the hotel for the price we paid, I was honestly expecting much worse, but it was clean and quiet and about a 10 minute drive from the venue we were going to for a concert. Housekeeping called to see if we needed anything which was nice.

There was some trash underneath the air conditioner left from a previous guest, and the furniture in the room is a little strange, I would do away with one of the tables. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 AM which is a little early.

The location was the best part for me. It was within a 20 minute or less drive for everything I wanted and needed. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Not very many channels to choose from on TV, but since we weren't in our room very much, it's not a huge complaint from me. I got to watch SpongeBob in the mornings so I was fine with that.

I have no complaints but I can make a suggestion…the carport could be wider and take out some of the curbing so that u can get into the parking lot when u turn into the one to the right of the carport. everyone was going over there because the work trucks surrounding the building had the entrance blocked and everyone had to turn around and go back out & back around the backside of the hotel…its just an improvement suggestion

The biggest problem I had with the facility was the fridge. It was turned off and turning it on and deciding how cool to make it involved a dial I could not turn. I am 72 and have a bit of arthritis in my hands. When the maids asked if things were OK and I told them about the fridge one immediately went for a maintenance man. He was tall and muscular and he had to fight the dial to get the fridge to come on so I don't feel too bad. That is my only complaint.

Staff was very helpful and friendly room was comfortable. It looked as if the bathroom had been upgraded and was really nice. Location was in a good part of town close to diverse restaurants. Although some things were not so good, I expected them for the price. This isn't a Hilton, or Hampton Suites.

This is an old structure complex, so I expected that it would be dated and in worse shape. However the room's wall paper was coming loose in spots and I had to kill a few roaches. Maybe over time carpeting will be replaced with tile.

The parking stalls. They are on the smaller size which makes it more difficult to get out along with getting my walker out of my acadia without hitting a.car next.to me & no handicap parking spaces.

The room is was very clean. It had a bathtub and a shower do I could use either one. It was right off of the highway which made it easy to get around town.

The only thing that I wanted when I was looking for in a hotel that I didn’t get was a pool and that’s ok. I paid a good price for this hotel which was nice.

The check in process was fast and easy and although it says no early checkin I arrive at 115pm and was allowed to get into my room then. The staff are all friendly and respectful. The room was way bigger than I had anticipated as it was setup almost like a little apartment which was rather nice. The air conditioner worked awesomely and kept my room cool and comfy. The wifi could be a tad spotty at times but I have unlimited data on my phone so I really don't need to use their wifi. I will be using this facility again as I received great customer service here

I found no issues with my stay.

We have never seen a VIP Inn before and we are glad to have found it. This is the first motel that we have stayed in in the last few months ( we do a lot of one nights stays) where we didn’t have to either change rooms or report that something wasn’t working.

It was hard talking through the little window. The lobby was pretty loud and it was hard hearing the clerk. Maybe there could be a decaf coffee option or something offered that isn’t such a sweet breakfast option besides honey buns...lol
