Sleep Inn & Suites Montgomery East I-85

Large, comfy, clean room. staff were fine and friendly. Breakfast above average. Rate was a bargain for quality of stay.

Bed very comfortable with the softest sheets! NO odors, hotel & room smelled clean, especially for a pet-friendly hotel! They gave us a discount on their "$10 per 10 lbs" fee since we have such a big dog, that was MUCH appreciated. Great comfort for the price. Of course a few little things, like a tiny comforter stain but it was obviously old & still perfectly clean. The thermostat was ancient but still worked just fine. Nothing worth complaining about, especially for the price. Good-looking hotel & room, was a great place to rest for our road trip.

The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the overall condition was excellent. It was updated and I felt very safe! It is sometimes difficult when traveling with a pet to find an affordable, nice place that doesn't charge a huge amount for pets. Many places I have stayed in the past have affordable pet rates but the hotel itself was located in scary locations or are run down and unclean. This was extremely affordable and hit all the important issues for me. My little 6 pound dog was a $10 pet deposit. I will stay here again if stopping in Montgomery in the future.

The bed was a little hard for me, but not totally uncomfortable.

My favorite place away from home. The suites are extremely nice and are within a reasonable amount of money . The beds are so comfortable and the pillows make for a great night of relaxation . The bed was very comfortable

I didn’t like that the 3rd floor where we was on smell like smoke, on the website it stay that it was a non smoking hotel, but this one wasn’t. They only give you one towel and one wash cloth. So once I took my bath at night then the next morning you have to wait until room service give you another before I could take a another shower in the morning.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and being made continuously. Plenty of towels in the room. Very quite, and we were right outside the elevator. I would definitely go back here

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel.

The location was perfect for what I wanted too do. When you close to the freeway you can never get lost.

I was worried at first but the property was very nice clean. And spacious. The staff was nice and did not take long to check in. We ask for a 1st floor it was not a problem.

The location was great. It was close to everything and was not in the midde of other hotels. The desk clerk was so helpful and accomodating and friendly. She is an asset to your organization. Parking was adequate.

The crevice where the toliet tissue goes into was filthy. I was sanitizing the sink. When I wiped it with a towel, I found it was dirty. The mattress is approximately 320 years old. There is a ridge on the left side of the bed at the window. I never heard of anything like that. The tub was dirty.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a big smile and hello from the receptionist Christine. She was so nice and helpful in assisting with shopping and dinner plans etc.....So my first impression was awesome. It is close to shopping and restaurants and the beds were super comfortable. . We traveled with our little yorkie so we got a pet friendly room. The room was super clean with no pet smell....Our trip was wonderful and wish more companies had employees like Christine. I nominate her for a raise....lol

Our stay was wonderful with our pet.....Nothing we did not like.

It was clean and an Angel statue was at the entrance.

The door to my room had a large gap where if you were talking anyone could hear. The gap was large enough to put a number of sheets of paper in crack. The elevator was out of order the day of check out.
