The lobby and breakfast areas are updated visually, clean, and neat looking. The room was well kept, clean, and had nice amenities like a fridge, microwave, sofa bed, extra sheets, provided toiletries, and a comfortable bed and pillows. I liked that there is an inside pool available to use. The in-wall heater/AC worked well. The elevators were all in operation and clean. The front desk staff was cheerful, helpful, and kind. He made the check-in process easy and gave us all the information we needed. The complimentary breakfast was really good considering the price. The have options for cereal, oatmeal, fruit, waffle makers, eggs and sausage, grits, breakfast pastries, coffee, and juices.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and there wasn’t a pillow to accompany it. I’m sure I could’ve requested one, but at that hour and with my kids already asleep I didn’t want to open the loud door. The indoor pool was COOL. Much too cool for me and my 4 month old who loves the water, but my husband and son loved it. The hot tub would’ve been a nice option…but it’s concreted in. Super disappointing because, at this price, a usable hot tub or pool would’ve been nice as the indoor pool is the reason I chose this hotel.

It was very clean and a great location. Really nice area to sit for breakfast and a nice outdoor patio area by the pool.

Like the rest of the world right now, they seemed very short staffed. Only one person working the front desk and a line built up to check in. I tried to check in online but was having issues with it loading. No towels in the pool and when I checked the front desk, they didn’t have any. The breakfast bar could not keep up with how many people were there to eat and everything ran out as soon as it came out. The staff was very friendly, but seemed like they just didn’t have enough help!

The staff was very friendly. I was greeted each time upon my arrival and exit of the building. My room was always cleaned each day as it was when I first checked in.

The pillows on the bed were a little too flat for my liking and the mattress itself wasn't the greatest. I also did not receive clean towels/wash cloths each day, even though I would leave the used ones on the floor. It appeared that as long as I had at least one clean wash cloth and towel for use the used ones would not be replaced until the next day. Which wasn't a big deal, it just would have been nice to have the used towels/wash cloths replaced each day as the card in the bathroom stated...just in case I needed them of course.

I was unable to control the temperature in the room. I did not like the doors to the restroom which did not completely close all the way which allowed anyone in the room to hear, see, and smell what was taking place in the rest room.

I liked how professional and accommodating the staff were at this location. While sanitizing the room, I pulled the sheets back and there was a couple of stains on the top sheet. I quickly called the front desk and requested that they change the sheets. Since it was late, the manager offered to move us into another room and also discounted our nightly rate. I was pleased with the handling of the whole situation.

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Around the clock coffee. The room was comfortable.

The shower soap dispenser was empty. The tub could benefit from an upgrade. Turning on the shower was cumbersome and it still had the manual drain stopper from my childhood.

I was there two nights. Whenever I stay overnight at a hotel I expect my room to be cleaned daily. Because the hotel was short staffed my room was not cleaned after my first night stay. This was very disappointing....no trash emptied, no fresh towels...nothing. I understand the shortage of staff but I should have been offered something because of my in convenience.

Farther from the interstate than other brands--a plus, for quiet. Front desk was friendly, professional on arrival. Room was comfortable. Hubby had a tough time with the remote but got help from a frequent stay customer at the front desk. Very clean overall except floor was a little sticky, grimy. Breakfast was fine--Covid basic (prepackaged).

Oddly dirty-seeming carpet despite overall cleanliness seeming quite fine.

I liked the service I received from housekeeping!! They were on top of things! The breakfast was 👌!!

I didn't lke the unit being in the location it was in. It made the room feel like a sleezy motel/old fashioned. The rooms feel small.The breakfast was 👌. Everything else was great!!!

House keeping comes and clean out before guests have properly checked out. We loaded luggage and went to get breakfast, came back and room was cleaned out and we're sure it was an item or two still there because we were coming by to eat breakfast before getting on the road. It was an hour before checkout time when we got back to hotel, key cards was still working.....
