Best Western Montgomery I-85 North

I liked the window opened I liked it was clean Loved the hospitality at the continental breakfast Was shocked how comfy the beds were!

You could hear people walking above all night The area was really sketchy

This is a beautiful newer hotel. Great staff, very good breakfast, great amenities

I have no issues on this property at all

Good place just off the Interstate. Clean and comfy room with all the advertised amenities. And while a lot of people might review the surrounding neighborhood (or at least both of the adjacent motels) as sketchy or even scary (and rightfully so, I suppose...) we kinda enjoyed the view out of our window, there was always somethin' goin' on over there; a lil' noisy at nighttime though. Haha...

Generally friendly staff, but the gentleman at the front desk during check-in and check-out (both times the same person) wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed or at least not very motivated. Breakfast was okay. More or less your typical run-off-the-mill US-motel-breakfast, but we didn't expect anything other than that, so no big deal. No complaints otherwise.

The location was excellent, easy check in process, the property doesn’t charge you out the butt for security and damage deposits, they was very up front and honest about deposits upon check in

The parking leading into the property definitely needs to be repaved other than that a excellent stay!

Two things: 1) We could hear every footstep, creaks and cracks in the ceiling from the occupants above. 2) we did not appreciate house keeping tapping their card on our door at 9:30am yelling “HOUSE KEEPING” lik we didnt know what time check out was… Not cool!

The breakfast was good. The attendant was very helpful with pointing out where things were located, helping with the waffle machine, etc. Very nice lady. The room was a good size and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel location is conveniently located near shopping centers and the interstate. WIFI connection was good.

Perhaps a few more breakfast items to choose from.

Booked 2 rooms for one night as a quick out of town trip for my boyfriend, my mom and myself. We walked in and you could literally SMELL how clean this place was! The rooms were very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful with the issues we had with one of our rooms. Would stay again!

In ONE of our rooms (we booked 2), none of the lamps worked. Neither did the fridge, microwave, or tv or any of the outlets near the bed. And because the hotel was booked we couldn’t be moved to another room so we were pretty much just stuck in the dark for the night. The staff (Nick and Lilly) was very helpful!

I like the friendliness and willingness of the staff.

The wrong remote was left in the room and I only had 1 channel to watch for 2 days. The nice old housekeeping lady kept walking in my room. Some other guests kept knocking on my door. Any issues was quickly resolved.

Exceptionally surprised at the complimentary breakfast that was served. Fresh scrabbled eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, plus a lot more choices. My daughter got the meal and told me that the lady serving was cheerful, welcoming and offered to make her a waffle. She seemed to enjoy her job and the people that she met while doing it.

The traffic noise was loud, but that is not something that you could rectify.

Very clean

Extremely expensive I get the economy is bad but gouging was going on. The place next door was $50 and I understand why the neighborhood has its issues. I walked about a mile or two looking around. So the $135 difference just doesn’t seem right
