Drury Inn & Suites Montgomery

Forgot his name. The courtesy of the short African American gentlemen that prepared the food and kept cafeteria clean. Very pleasant and nice very helpful. Front desk staff very friendly. Lobby looks amazing. The amenities were great. Hotel overall was nice.

I wish the rooms looked as great as the lobby. Especially the 7th floor. The bed covering need to be replaced. Horrible. Stains that look fresh on the comforter had not been changed or wash properly. Pillow case covering looked old and dingy. We only slept in the one queen size bed because the bedding of the other queen looked a mess. When you pulled the comforter back alot of stains. It was a little pricey for the size and condition of the rooms. The sports channels was horrible. They weren't working properly.

We were given the same room number as we had at the previous Drury Inn. We liked this idea since it made us feel more at home. We l liked having a separate coffee station in the lobby. This hotel has an especially large green grass area for walking dogs. We prefer the sofa in the sitting area of the superior king rather than the two chair setup here.

We stayed in 3 Drury Inns on this trip. While the Montgomery site seemed the best hotel accommodation. It is a Plaza site. We felt the quality of the dinner and breakfast options was the poorest of the three. Eggs, sausage and others overcooked and firm. There was no oil spray for the waffle maker.

The staff was very helpful and the beds were amazing. I had a great night sleep. The breakfast was pretty good; however, they should invest in a second waffle iron. the line was long for this breakfast option.

There seemed to be an issue with the hot water. I went to the pool and hot tub when I arrived and was not able to take a hot shower when I returned to my room and ended up canceling my dinner reservation. A gentleman did come up and check and advised that he would adjust the room rate as this was impacting other rooms as well. He did return and said it was fixed; however, the water was still not hot. Ot seemed to be resolved in the morning when I awake.

I was a little wary of this hotel after reading how others were being harassed by local transients, but we did not encounter that at all. Located right next to a Sam’s Club, it’s not like the views are breathtaking, but it was clean, well maintained, quiet, and super comfortable. I’m 7 months pregnant, and I slept very well here. It was definitely one of the nicest hotels of our trip (5 different ones total), and the staff was super nice and helpful. I felt safe here, and I appreciated how close it was to different restaurants and such. Definitely would stay here again!

Price included buffet breakfast and dinner as well as complimentary WiFi and drinks. The staff was friendly, responsive and efficient. Everything everywhere was very clean with fresh inviting smells. The Fitness Center was always accessible by your keycard and the facility was very secure, requiring keycards to access. Its location right off I85 was perfect. Absolutely an excellent place to stay while visiting Montgomery.

Although it appeared that there were adequate carts to move your luggage out at checkout, in actuality, that was not the case. While I recognize this being a problem with the quantity of carts, it was exacerbated by guests taking and holding carts instead of using and returning them immediately.

Nikki at the front desk was wonderful! She made u feel at home and was very concerned about any problems u had. I had a procedure at the hospital the next day and she gave me a big hug and that she was praying for me! I felt so cared for and not just a number on the room. The beds were super comfortable and you had plenty of towels for your room. The large screen TV and plenty of channels was wonderful. The security made me feel very safe that you could not get in without your key!

I feel the price is over priced due to I had a normal queen room and there was no differences from other queen rooms other than very clean. The chair in our room was in need of a new one due to when u sat in it u sunk in a hole and couldn't get out of it.

I like everything about this property. The breakfast was excellent and the after 5:00 pm happy hour was perfect. The guy that makes the drink was very knowledgeable of the drinks.. he was very pleasant to deal with. I wish I had more cash to give him a higher tip.

Apparently they are renovating some parts of the hotel and everyday at 8:00 am all you hear is a really loud annoying sound of someone DRILLING.. to me that’s a lock of respect for the guest, you pay all this money to stay there and you have to wake up at 8:00 am every day cause the sound won’t let you sleep. Check out is at 11:00 am how about you start drilling at around that time. Another thing was the shower, no pressure at all, ya’ll need better shower heads.

It was lovely. Easy location. It was very clean. Excellent staff, personable and warm. They offered dinner for free from 5:30-7 and gave us a complimentary 3 adult drinks per guest. Totally unexpected. We were only there for one night (Christmas) so we had dinner with family, but the food smelled really good and we enjoyed a drink before heading to dinner. They also offered free breakfast which we also did not have time for but seriously smelled great. They have a little “market pantry” with all kinds of drinks, snacks, microwave meals and sundries. Considering it’s a hotel, the items were very reasonably priced and far better than a vending machine. We stayed in a double queen suite which was perfect for myself, husband, son and brother. The couch has a pull out sofa and extra bedding in the sitting area. The suite had 2 televisions and a door to separate the two rooms. It had a small kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave. The price point made all of the complementary amenities feel like a luxury. It’s the nicest chain I have ever stayed with. I intend to go back and I also plan to look for this chain for stays in other locations in the future.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hot tub was out of order. But stuff happens and there are many other amenities that I enjoyed.

Everything was amazing! Had a small issue after arriving that isn't worth mentioning just know that the manager Martisa was absolutely AMAZING and handled it immediately. Her customer service went above and beyond and I appreciated her and how she handled everything. And the customer service didn't end with her. EVERYONE everywhere was very friendly and helpful with everything. I can't say enough about how happy I was with my stay!

The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hot breakfast was a plus Overall my stay was enjoyable.

The room rate could have been less. Additionally, the hotel had a lot of students due to Spring Break, though the hotel is not responsible for the students, it was often noise in the hallways. They were are also loud while others were trying to dine.
