Staff was really really great.

I moved there from another hotel to meet colleagues. Looking at the price I was expecting breakfast included but it wasn't. Gym doesn't have towels. I understand that I need to ask to make my room due to covid, but how is it possible as a new customer to find elastic band on the floor and a bottle cap within my bed sheets?

Did not have breakfast tor the few days I was there.

I was not impressed with the attitude of the young lady that checked me in at the front desk. I checked in on Wednesday December 15 @5:30 p.m. She was a young black lady with short blonde/redish hair. She really needs to work on her attitude, very standoffish and kind of short with me when I asked her questions. If she smiles more and work on being a nicer person to the guest she would be okay. If I had to grade her I would have to give her a C-.

location was great! breakfast and server was awesome! front desk was super friendly and helpful!

the one gripe I had is check out wasn’t till 12 we were going to sleep late housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 to clean room and we were sleeping still then getting ready to leave about 10 and our cards to room were done deactivated so when I went out to car to load had to get someone to let me in room.

very quiet room, stuff friendly and helpful, clean room, furniture a little worn out, table was unstable, coffeemaking machine was replaced - not working at all- A/C making noise -technician had to come out to fix it. All those issues were solved in short time.

More attention what is working properly and to replace worn out furniture

In town for a funeral and location was close by. Personnel was good, good bed

Toilet ran entire time, one set towels for 3 nights, no fan in bathroom, 1 chair in room for 2 people.

Location to my events and the gentleman at tje desk was very friendly the lady that checked is in was not too friendly at all. Beds were very comfortable.

I opened the microwave Saturday morning to heat a waffle up and it was full of coffee that apparently had exploded in there or turned over and tub had soap scum in it. Other than that it was nice.

the hotel is nice and quiet.. very clean and the breakfast was great

was not accommodated for early check in after traveling 12 hours from Texas

It was great. Family just needed a place to stay for 1 night, so we weren't there long. But it was clean and comfortable and met our expectations. Thanks!

Nothing really. Our stay was great.

The hotel staff was very friendly and hilarious with jokes. Made the check-in so easy and sling with check-out !

The gentleman working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful directing me where I could go to pick up some incidentals we needed.

The restaurant on the premises was closed for dinner on Sunday and closed on Monday all day. So we did not get to eat there.
