The Condo was very well maintained. good location and I liked the security. the amenities were very good.

the Tv we had wasn’t the best. the colors wete off and it had some streaking. it definitely needed a new one the living area. but it was usable. Also, I wish the hot tubs were hotter. One of them was cold and didn’t work. The staff upfront didn’t really seem happy to be there. we had talked with some of the ladies on the security team at night that were WAY more friendly than the front desk staff. We stayed at a previous hotel before we came and they were much more happy to see us/inviting than the front office staff at the Phoenix 1.

Great location with an amazing view. Well appointed kitchen, overall. Comfortable bed. Comfortable sofa and living room recliners. Lounge furniture was new and solid. Very comfortable. Good job on the furnishings.

Bedroom was not on the ocean side. Bedroom window opened to the outside hallway which was an odd feeling. Usually condo's have salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters and foil; this one had nothing which was inconvenient.

The room provided everything you could need. Beautiful view, nice patio. clear instructions for check in check out.

It took me a hour of standing outside my room. to finally get ahold of someone that could tell me my access code. Resending the message that didn’t have it instead of just giving me the access code that was not in the message.

The beachside location was beautiful, the condo was very clean, and super cute. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, splash pad, and kiddie pool. Also, the rental company was very accommodating and quick to answer my text messages, no matter the hour.

Nice and cozy for two. My sister and I stayed the week and she just had surgery on her foot so the recliners came in handy for elevation. I come to orange beach every year and this is the first property I’ve rented that the bed is SO comfy!!!!!!!

When we arrived, the hot water was non existent. Gave it a couple days to see if it was just timing. Still only luke warm. BUT I called the 3rd day and the repair man on call Andy came out promptly and took care of it for us :) perfect

the night we arrived the elevators were not working so we had to walk about to the 4th floor with all of our luggage. the silverware in the drawer was very visibly dirty.

The condo was very clean and well stocked.

The door code stopped working the next day after we arrived, and after waiting 20 minutes, we had to get a pass code from the front desk. Maintenance never showed up.

The room had everything we needed. The balcony was amazing and had a great view of the ocean. We were even able to see the dolphins everyday from the balcony. The heated pool was also great whenever you were able to catch it not too full of people.

We chose this one because it had hot tubs and saunas at the location, we usually go for a place that has a jetted tub in the room. With the price being decent we we're okay with having access to the hot tubs and saunas. Both were closed off the entire stay, which was not disclosed to us at all. If we had known we would have found a place with a jetted tub in the room instead. The room itself was great except the hot water took awhile to get hot.

The location was excellent. The beach view was beautiful.

The AC seemed like it wasn’t cooling properly, but it was okay because the outside temp was cool.

the elevators were a bit busy. the amount of people that stay at this condo should have more elevators.
