I was really happy that I could see the Gulf from my balcony. The webiste said it was not an oceanview condo. The bed was comfortable, the laundry facilities were convenient, and the decor was pleasant.
There were no cleaners for the bathroom anywhere in the condo. Since I was there for 27 days, I needed toilet and bathroom cleaner. Luckily, I had brought OxyClean for the laundry, and it was effective for cleaning the bathroom. Also, there was no decent frying pan in the cupboard. I had to buy one.

My father hadn’t been to the area since honeymoon with my mother, 53 years since he had been there, plus my niece had a softball tournament, it was great memories since my mother passed in 2017.
There was some trash left on our balcony, cigarette butts, but the apartment and amenities made up for it, traffic was a bit busier and hard to maneuver at times, but not too bad

I like the rooms and the pools, it was nice to have an indoor pool also.
we did have some hair in our shower but the rest was pretty much clean. we would have rather had fitted sheets on the bed and pull out instead of flat sheets they did not stay tucked. we booked it as beachfront online but it was behind the building that you could see the ocean. we were in building too wished it had been building 3

I liked that we had easy access to the pool and had an amazing beach view.
I didn’t like how the parking ticket was supposed to be $35, but it was $50. I didn’t like that at all. Please update that for future reference.

Location was great, staff was attentive and friendly, family environment, clean, quiet, wonderful experience.
Vacasa's app and communication was a definite negative, very frustrating. They didn't respond to any of my messages and the app "couldn't locate my trip info". The directions given through an email weren't accurate. Pretty much i had to hope and pray that when we got there we would have what we needed

This was an amazing location right on the beach. The wrap around, well furnished deck was perfect.
Someone available to help with parking pass when we arrived after 8 or a way to get a parking pass if coming in after 8.

I liked the closeness to the beach.
That it took 2 days on hold for 45 minutes each time and then calls you the main Vacasa line and a random visit from a maintenance man to get the broken shower head fixed.
