Quality Inn Prattville I-65

Beds were comfy, staff extremely warm and friendly, water pressure was great, everything was clean.

Both card-keys stopped working on the morning of checkout, which was extremely inconvenient as we were walking back and forth between the car and the room, taking our belongings into the car, one of us had to stay put in the room, so that we could access it. Breakfast was subpar.

The continental breakfast offered waffles, muffins, and small egg/cheese burritos. The juice and water machine was out of order and other than coffee, there were no other drink options. That was very disappointing.

It was all nice, but the air conditioner wet the carpet out to 2 to 4 feet and I was told it was too low and that's why. The room was quite warm so turning the temp up to 70+ was not an option. Walking on that wet carpet was gross. Other than that the room was just fine. As for the continental breakfast, the juice and water machine was out of order and other than coffee, there was no other drink options. That was very disappointing. Also, the pool was not secure and had MANY people from the area community using it...and the there are no lights in the pool for night swimming.

I have stayed here before... Love that the hotel is right off the exit and has several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend!

We were about 6 rooms away from our traveling crew. Would have liked for our rooms to have been adjoining rooms with the rest of our group. But we were here for only one night so it was manageable.

It was a very clean hotel. Room smelled freshly painted. Front desk employee was very nice. The full size kitchen was an unexpected bonus.

The breakfast was pretty much all carbs. There was sausage gravy but it needed some sort of other protein, even hard boiled eggs would have been nice.

Room & bed very comfortable. Quiet, no outside noise.

2nd floor was more awkward, as we have two dogs, so getting outside, especially at night, was more involved. One dog had traveled quite a bit and remembered the elevator, and all. Overall, we did fine.

The location was great and the free parking option was the thing that sealed the deal for me. I appreciate your hotel for having a room available and having the parking spot. Thanks for everything!

There was not anything that we did not like. I really like everything about the stay. The parking sealed the deal.

The property seemed updated. The staff seemed really friendly. Mrs. Mary was the sweetest and was always so helpful with anything we needed.

The only thing I would change would be to add more washer and dryers.

I had waffle and juice. Coffee needs to be better and there was no protein or fruit. I understand everyone is short of help tho.

Add any kind of fresh or packaged fruit. There’s better automatic coffee services.

The location was fine. The room was clean and comfortable.

I would rate everything a 10 accept the bed pillows. There were 4 of them but they were tiny. I put them side by side to get the size of a regular pillow but my head kept falling between them. I can't imagine why they thought a 12 to 16 inch pillow is a good idea.

It was clean and quite.

The process before check in. I received a call prior to check in stating they were giving my room away for declined credit card. I tried to explain to her that I did a change of address and she wasn’t trying to hear that. Her words “ unless you have another form of payment, we will have to give your room away and this is the last one.”
