The male manager was very kind, friendly and gave my son and I a walk thru.. I felt very safe and slept wonderfully well.. I haven't slept so sound and peaceful in a long time..I'm definitely booking a room there in the near future soon..I felt at home...Thank you so much... Ps The male manager patrolled the grounds making sure no one getting into the building who wasn't renting..I felt super safe there..I enjoyed my stay there❤️❤️

The only complaint I have was there was stove to cook...

Check in is pretty simple, they give you a main door key code in advance and then another code for a wall lock box to retrieve a key card for your room. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location is solid, not far from the airport, downtown, and the main road (Airport Way). There is also a new Safeway about 1-2 minute walk away, with some fast food restaurants nearby (everyone in Fairbanks is apparently obsessed with their new Arby's as the drive thru had about 15-20 cars waiting). While there is no front desk because this is more a short term rentals place that also books unused rooms, the management and staff was very responsive and very friendly and accommodating!

Air conditioning is a little loud but we were happy to have it since it's been in the 80s!

We liked how quiet the property was, our room was clean and nice. I'm a caregiver and work nights and needed some sleep and it really helped that it was quiet because I got the best sleep in very long time.

Only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't any coffee available

The bed was so comfy! I stayed here to catch the northern lights. I was able to do that and meet some wonderful people in the process! Albert and Meredith were beyond awesome! This place is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning and hopefully as soon as possible.

Nothing...I liked everything... I totally felt safe and very welcome...very nice people. Albert really knows how to take care of his guests and hotel. I never stayed at a hotel that clean... unbelievable! PS The Rewak has all the newest gadgets to satisfy any need and the kitchen is beautiful. I will be back next month and I will be staying at the Rewak...I could live there yearly!

no breakfast was offered., the facility manager was just beyond being GREAT. I know I had requested a room on the bottom floor but unfortunately that was not available but we made do, again I can't say enough about the manage and his wife.

by no fault of the person managing the place I do believe the rug needed to be cleaned but other than that it was great for us with us making reservations in such short notice.

Price was good and the location was excellent. It was a clean and comfortable room just like any other hotel room.

Nothing in particular. Bed was a little soft for me, but I like very firm mattresses.

The manager was very courteous and understanding of my request for a little later check out due to my flight schedule and the water was very good.

A direct phone line for immediate contact with staff to request items would have been helpful, but nothing else can be recommended.

It is in a convenient location, with Safeway just across the street. The on-site manager is friendly and helpful.

The windows are a bit drafty. However, the manager claims that a replacement is on the way. Hopefully it won’t be a trouble in the near future.

Reasonable pricing on decent accommodations. Really liked the property manager, can't remember his name but I think it was Albert. Great guy!
