Great location, rooms and facilities very clean. Would stay again but plan on getting breakfast elsewhere.

No breakfast. Apparently their staff didn't show up, AGAIN. Was a bit disappointed when we asked about it at the desk we were told "it's "COMPLEMENTARY " so no discount. I feel the least they could have done was supply some donuts or bagels especially since this has happened before. This view was shared by two other guests in the elevator on the way back up to our floors.

The property is located in a great location on the edge of Page. The facility is clean and relatively new. The lobby area is very welcoming. It’s large and open and is furnished well. It’s a pleasant area to sit and read or just relax. Our room was also very clean throughout. The beds were comfortable, not to soft or firm. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is well lit. The breakfast had a good variety of food, from scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage to oatmeal and cereal. Fruits, pastries and all the morning beverages.

We had an issue with the blackout blind in our room. It would not extend all the way down so the sunlight came into the room very early.

We really enjoyed what we did around Page (Antelope slot canyon tour, Horseshoe Bend outlook, Lake Powell boat trip, Glen Canyon Dam Information/Interpretive centre with films). And the new Glen Canyon Brewery & Pub in the old Page firehall has good food and a fun atmosphere. The Baymont Inn and Suites was in a good location for us to do all our activities, the staff were always friendly and it was quite a good breakfast selection in a nice area. The only suggestions I have are that I would prefer not to have only white bread for toast at breakfast. Also, I would have liked to have more than 1 chair in our room, and I think since your hotel is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of the US that you should have some photos of the surrounding areas on your walls instead of non-descript modern art.

The room is very comfy with a lot of space for everything, comfortable beds and quality sleeping. It has all the necessary details for a getaway and its style is welcoming. It is very close to Page downtown and it has free parking space, which is appreciated. It is ideal to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend and on the way to Grand Canyon/Williams and/or Monument Valley. American breakfast is so good; you have a wide variety of quality and tasty options to choose from.

The only thing I'd complain about is the breakfast room. It gets really crowded at rush hour and there are not enough seats for everyone. I think it is something that needs improving.

Breakfast was acceptable. Room was clean and spacious enough. Close by national parks, and that was perfect! Would stay again, my gripes are not with the staff or facilities, mostly other guests.

Rude guests on the other side of the hall having their kids run up and down the halls for an hour between 10PM and 11. Other then that, if affordable, please use real eggs in your breakfast. Or make your salt and pepper easier to find.

The use of a lot of "plastic silverware" at the breakfastbuffet. And we saw that you use only one big garbage container. So all the garbage is not seperated. One of us fell down in the parking lot when he was leaving the car. Oké, that can happen, but when we asked for some band-aids the receptionist could'nt provide it. She only had a box as big as a match box with a few little band-aids in it. That was it. She told us if we need anything else that we had to go to the drug store at the Wall-Mart. We asked ourselves what if something severe is happens to a guest or a staff member. Are they trained to react properly untill the paramedics arrive.

Hotel was clean, but for a newer hotel is getting pretty battered and shows it. Mismatched paint down the halls, tables scratched up etc. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was OK. A little variety between Saturday and Sunday breakfasts was nice. I would have preferred something other than American cheese slices in the omletes however.

Staff friendless was sub par. Got the feeling they were just tolerating us. The exception was the housekeeping staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Generous and clean rooms. Well equipped with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym and laundry area.

Hotel prides itself on being environmentally friendly, but at breakfast there are only plastic and Styrofoam plates and services. A lot of rubbish bags are thrown away every day and it is also not pleasant to eat on plates that bend in two.

Location was excellent, especially for a stop-over hotel. Right across the street is the Glen Canyon Dam Overlook; close enough, we could leave our young teenagers in the room and go have a romantic couple's sunset (which was spectacular!). The pool and hot tub were indoors and the kids loved both. Parking is free and easy.

The wifi was out at first for the entire hotel, which was a bit of an issue. It did eventually start working a few hours later, though. The hot tub actually wasn't that hot, and the water was very, very foamy. Our kids liked that, but it struck me as a little dodgy.

Clean and modern. Room includes fridge and microwave. Shower included seat for seniors. Hot breakfast including oatmeal, eggs, hash browns, waffles, bacon and/or sausage and biscuits/toast. Cold breakfast has yogurt and cereal. Great location and price. Short drive to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Glen Canyon. Close to Mavericks, which has the cheapest gas in the area.

Bathroom fan cannot be turned off and can be heard through the wall in the bedroom. Fridge runs 24/7. A/C is runs loud. All three combined makes one noisy night. Staff comes to inspect occupancy on checkout day, starting at around 9:30, so staff might walk in if you are used to checking out closer to checkout time. Nooks and crannies, such as behind the TV dresser, were dirty when we checked in.
