Rodeway Inn & Suites Big Water - Antelope Canyon

We had no expectations after reading some of the reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised though! A bit outdated but comfortable, all worked as needed. Ladies at the reception were nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need to make a stop overnight.

Despite the information on booking.com the breakfast is NOT available, you can only take coffee & tee. A downside is also the noise from the corridors when people just talked (and were not especially loud).

The location was perfect for us. Our work location was Under Canvas which was about 20 min. away. Very quiet at night. Beautiful mountain, horse, and sunrise view out our window. Booking online, checking in, and checking out were all easy. Wifi worked perfectly. The access to the microwave and refrigerator was excellent. Spacious room. Large closet. We stayed two nights. We worked one day. We arrived for check-in around 3 am with no problems as we had called ahead to set up an arrangement. We visited Lake Powell, saw the super bloom, and visited Alstrom Point. Great food options nearby, about 15-20 min. drive. Open late-ish, around 10pm.

The mattress was spring with very little support. I've traveled my whole life and have never slept on a bed like that other than on a pullout couch. Some stains and black hairs on the white sheets. The shower floor was not clean. We were disappointed there wasn't breakfast provided as shown in photos when booking online.

We were traveling by tent, but cold and very windy weather forced us to look for a motel for several days. We found the Roadway Inn & Suites and were very pleased by the friendly and helpful manager. Yes, the motel is simple, but the room we had was impeccably clean and there is everything you need: fridge, small work desk, bed, TV, WiFi and a real clean, big and hot shower (not a bathtub with a shower curtain, which is always a compromise). Every room is decorated according to a different theme, which my wife and liked very much.

It is a cute vintage western style motel with lots of character in a fairly remote location along the highway at the Utah / Arizona border. The woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and each room had a theme decor. Ours was nautical. A ten minute drive down the highway to a 24 hour truck stop / store where we could pick up some food. Next town of Page was 20 minutes away. Great value for $$ and would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been closer proximity to restaurants and a breakfast in the am at the motel....so make sure you have some food with you or be prepared to drive for a bit down the road to pick something up. But certainly not a deterrent from staying there.

Everything! The Staff was exceptional. We loved the view from our window and the peacefulness was just great! We will be back on future dates!

Nothing to dislike. Everything was fantastic! We stayed for a total of five (5) days. An extra two days on top of our three days.

I had super low expectations for the property given the location – was expecting to see a dilapidated roadside motel from the 60s. It was actually quite nice! The rooms are freshly remodeled, the facilities are clean, so the value is there. We've lived on the north side, so the sunset view was 🔥. And the swings by the door to enjoy the view are a super nice touch.

We have traveled with dogs and they were really distracted by cows & horses in a nearby pen. Make sure you stay on the southern (=road) side if you stay with a pet.

Nice located place for National Parks travelers (we came from the Bryce at night and go next to the Grand Canyon next morning). Friendly stuff, flexible check-in. They have washer and dryer, that is right what the doctor ordered. Very cheep.

Due to it is in the middle of nowhere, there is no mobile service, be ready. Bad soundproof, I literately heard a whole neighbor's conversation

Very nice little place. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating as we crammed a family of five into a small room. Refrigerator was a nice perk.

It's a little ways out of Page, but the drive up to Big Water was beautiful, and it gave us a chance to see the dam and another canyon. Breakfast would have been nice, but the value for the money was great.

A big roomy clean room with a comfortable king bed. A mini fridge that worked well. A microwave in the lobby that we could use. Super cute western decor. Just what we needed for our one night stay and the price couldn't be beat for the comfortable and clean room that we had. If you need a nearby close place to go out and eat this probably isn't the place for you, Page is about 15 minutes away. But none of this was a problem for us. We had to call a number to check in but check in was fast and no problem and no one was around after we checked in but we didn't care as everything worked and we didn't need anything or have any issues. Wish I would have another reason in the future to stay here because it was great.

Cozy little place not far from the 89. Take a turn right at the big blue sign, otherwise you missed it. Single floor cute place, easy to miss. Bedroom was small but sufficient. Coffee and tea in the lobby.

No food in or near this hotel. So bring it with you from another town. Big water is just a few houses and barns.
