Everything was perfect, modern room with nice view, swimming pool, breakfast... except air conditioning

This property was in a great location with a beautiful view of the sunset. The patio area was super nice with comfy furniture and fire pits. The breakfast was great with a variety of food. They offer Starbucks coffee on the property as well as a bar and restaurant. There was nothing there that we didn’t absolutely love! The staff were super nice and the rooms were very clean.

We were a family of 3 and stayed in Hyatt Place Page, Arizona for 3 nights during our trip to Antelope Canyon. The hotel is conveniently located and is close to most of the eating places. The hotel is new, clean and staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very good for a chain hotel. There was a big spread of fruits, cereal, hot breakfast with bacon, eggs, waffles/pancakes, oatmeal, boiled eggs and few more things... The staff was quite helpful with the directions, places to see and places to eat. We did not use any other services at the hotel as we had our own car. Parking is free and there were quite a few parking spots. They have a patio with heaters with a decent view from the patio. We could hang out there in the afternoon, but could not in the night as it was quite cold and windy. They have a big space to hang out indoors with a fire place. The bar was open till 10:00 in the night and we the drinks menu was pretty good. There is also starbucks in the hotel. There was a mini refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. There was a microwave at the breakfast area that could be used if needed.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was by far the cleanest and most updated category 3 class hotel we stayed in during our journey cross country. I stress clean, new, and well run. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Check in was simple. The hotel was very busy and we were on the first floor near entry, and we did not hear any other guests. It was quiet.

I really have nothing negative to say. The hotel was well run, clean, and new. This hotel exceeded expectations for a category 3 class hotel. Nothing we didn't like.

The room was large and clean. The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and offered some hot dishes. The terrace was very nice and had a nice view. It's a nice place to sit and have a drink, they even have fireplaces for when it's cold.

The hotel was located outside of the main part of the town. It was not really possible to walk to restaurants. The view from our window was a parking lot.

The rooms with the sitting area make them very comfortable to accommodate us with all the hiking gear. The food served for dinner and lunch at the hotel is better than any restaurant and the view from where you eat could not be topped. My congratulations to the chef.

The reception area was cozy and comfortable with great dinner and drinks on offer. The breakfast was very basic and they often ran out of food but that wasn’t a big deal for us. I liked that we could fit a family of 5 into 1 room. We had a room with great views to the canyon

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It had a pretty view overlooking the mountains. The staff was nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and had a great variety of items. It was nice being able to eat on the patio and take in the view.

It would've been nice to have a microwave in the room. Other than that I was satisfied with everything.
