Very good breakfast. Nice location. Nice, comfortable room. Clean motel. Area felt safe. Parking a little limited. Silly rule that breakfast items can not be taken back to room for companion still getting dressed.
Check-in staff (name starting with S) was very rude. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in time and she just flat said we had to wait until 3. I have never run into this in my previous travels. Another couple was waiting before us and 2 more couples arrived at 2:55 and she told them no check-in either. To be fair to her, she told the last couple that it was a computer thing...why didn't she offer an explanation to all customers upon arrival. When I questioned her a second time as to not being able to check-in at even 2:55 and I said next time I should look at Wyndham and she replied I could leave to go there now.

Balcony doors were stuck for a time, me and my friend we both had to push doors to open and it took us a few min. Bathtub drain needs to be looked at also as balcony doors. Front desk was informed however there was no other room to switch. FD lady ... She was super nice and sweet

The location. The room was spacious. There was a Mexican restaurant attached. There is a Walmart, McDonald's, Gas station within close proximity. Also there are several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms have AC, fridge and microwave. They have a grab and go breakfast at the front desk.
Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like.

The breakfast was phenomenal. This is what separates it from local competition. They had a full breakfast buffet. Everything you can think of. The rooms are very comfortable as well and large. Ten minute drive to antelope canyon. Highly recommended for families.

Nice big room with balcony with amazing views over Lake Powell and Glen Canyon. Close to centre of town, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Reasonable brekkie included in price, again with spectacular views, not a bad way to start your day!

There was an awesome patio entrance, but there was some sort of picker that came inside on our shoes or pet, if you stepped on them barefoot it would stick in your skin and was quite painful.

Breakfast was not provided but we did eat an evening meal in the restaurant that was in the motel one night and it was very good.
The heater/air conditioning unit went out but the manager offered to let us use an electric heater but we didn't need it. The weather was great!
