very nice building with pool and garden

the pool area was not safe. as soon as it was dark, non hotel guests came over the wall and passed by our room behind the fance and used the pool. we told them to leave the pool but they didn't . we informed the front desk. a man came to look around but didn't do anything. then the 4 person left the pool area the same way as they came. jumped over the wall. and I was not so happy about the room service. i asked at the front desk to do our room. first day there was no room service at all. second day they did just one bed. the trash can was over full after 3 days. same price for no service.

The architecture of the building, the setting of the garden with pool and open fireplace. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Because I am on a road trip, I liked the opportunity to do my laundry quickly using the washing machines and tumbler. The entire staff (incl. restaurant/bar and shop) was very friendly and supportive.

The bathroom and closet, which were all in one room, should be more spacious. The air condition in the bar and restaurant was too cold. Everyone was freezing.

Perfectly located for quick access to lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Coin laundry in the hotel

The towels at the pool could be replaced, they look pretty old and washed at least a million times, some of them weren’t white anymore, more like a greyish color. For the price i expect a service at the pool for drinks and food. The washer smelled like they haven’t seen a cleaning cycle for years

The location is great and it has a restaurant within the property it was very convenient to order food and not have to leave the property to search for something to eat.

The restaurant didn’t have options for a kids menu . Also I didn’t like the gift shop only form of payment was cash or charge it to the room . I wanted to pay with a different card and was not able to make a purchase.

Excellent breakfast, especially for the price through booking.com ($10 extra for the whole room, we were 4). I would have really not enjoyed paying the standard $17.95 plus tax per person!

The in-room bathroom was a bit dated. The hot tub could use some work.

The rooms and the pool were great.

Good breakfast which was included in the price that we paid to Booking.com. However the hotel tried to charge us for the breakfast again. After we had addressed this with the hotel they removed the cost of the breakfast but still added an additional service charge.

The hotel was perfect for our trip. Clean, spacious and practical room. The hotel was close to everything and they had a laundry room which I so needed after so much hiking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect with all the necessities.

Much more reasonable rates than most other hotels we stayed in Arizona, Utah and Colorado. Great facilities including big outdoor pool, fitness centre, breakfast and restaurant. Handy location to drive to all the sites around Page.

The most comfortable beds! Nice pool and courtyard, and convenient good quality restaurant.

The lighting in the restrooms was not ideal, but was not a big deal at all.
