Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix North

I will definitely stay here again, central to lots of things in Phoenix, rooms are comfortable, the staff when we arrived was so helpful and friendly

Location was great! The staff was excellent- Melissa, Enrique, housekeepers, maintenance man who fixed our a/c immediately, and the sweet lady who ran the bistro coffee shop ( she was recently promoted to morning supervisor)! You all made our week memorable! Many thanks

Microwave in room

We were under the impression that breakfast was included and it was not. They do have starbucks so that was a bonus. The hotel is located near a ton of restaurants and shopping. If you book make sure you book the courtyard view

There was one day that the elevator didn't work but they resolved that pretty quickly. Some of the other guests were smoking on their balconies and the smell drifted into our room. Other than a couple of small cleaning issues it was a pretty good stay

loved the pool. the hotel was nice and clean. our king suite was awesome. Great size.

We came to Phoenix to drop our daughter off at GCU. While staying at this hotel we learned that parents of GCU students got a discounted rate as well as room credit/day. I asked the front desk to honor this. They would not. The surrounding area is a bit rough. However, we felt safe and secure while at hotel.

booked a month in advance for 3 adults in a king room with a sofa sleeper. we got a king room no sofa sleeper which resulted in my daughter having to sleep on the floor for 7 nights.

I truly enjoyed teh amenities and the hotel itself. Staff was friendly, we ate at the bistro, used the gym. For the price would stay again.

Only complaint and reason I did not stay long, the location was not ideal as I travel for business and a bit further from my office than I like.

Front desk was very friendly, allowed late ck. Out and early ck in. Shower was very nice and bed was comfortable. Smart tv netflix,youtube .

No free coffee in the lobby that I could see. They have a Starbucks and little cafe but you have to pay for everything,for the price of the room should of had some kind of free breakfast.

The staff was top-notch, very friendly and accommodating. We had a late arrival and were greeted cheerfully. The view of the courtyard the next morning was the perfect welcome to Arizona. This location was a great starting location to head up north.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast or coffee service available.

I stayed for 7 nights with no room service. It seems there should be room service without having to call the front desk and ask for it. I was able to hear doors slamming and people talking in the halls late at night and early in the mornings.

Close to GCU campus, easy access to freeway, clean and updates since my last stay, coffee bar (it was closed and woman at reception desk made me a coffee which was so kind and appreciated
