The hotel is in a great location. There are lots of restaurants in close proximity, and some shopping, if that’s what you need. The fitness room wasn’t extremely large, but it was very functional with just enough equipment to get a good workout in. We also love that the bathroom sink and the toilet/shower area are separated by a door. Allows multiple people to use the bathroom at the same time. This hotel is also dog friendly, which was a necessity for us.

The air in the room didn’t work great. It was a little stuffy. The pillows are also incredibly soft and flimsy - not our favorite.

The amount of food and shopping which are all within walking distance was a major plus and allowed for me to try something new everyday during my stay. I also can speak highly enough about all of the staff on the property. Everyone that I made contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff also wore PPE throughout my stay which isn’t mandatory in AZ so that was a nice plus as well.

The area in which the hotel is located seems to have a lot of strange people walking around all times of the night/day. As a woman traveling alone it doesn’t make you feel to safe being out at night with this being the case. However once you enter the hotel’s property you’d never know they were even there.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We did like it a lot, and will seriously consider staying there again if we return to Phoenix for any reason.

My wife thought our dinner had a little too much salt in the pinto beans, but otherwise everything was ok.

I paid for 2 rooms. one for my husband and myself one for our son. He could not come as he was sick and on my reservation, it said no refunds or change of date. We have stayed in in Phoenix for at least the past 5 years and at the same hotel and this has never happened before

The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was great, and the pool was so nice. I also like that they give you fresh warm cookies and free water at the front. I also loved the happy hour they offered.

The room was a little outdated and the pillows were uncomfortable. They go flat when you lie down and that hurt my neck.

The pool area was great!! Large, clean and quiet. It was deep, so kids had a blast swimming. Our king-sized suite was large enough for our family. The location was excellent!! Lots of walking distance places to eat and entertainment!!

The restaurant was closed due to covid. Didn't state that online, nor was there a grab and go breakfast. The pool gate had a short in it, and our key wasn't working. When we went to the front desk to get a new key, they informed us of the gate issue at time. Also, the guests below our room were very loud and they offered us to move-- why not move the folks who were loud!? We had had 3 kids and a king-sized suite and stayed 3 nights. We had too much stuff to move.

This is a good hotel on the inside. The breakfast was good. Only cons the fruit was very tasteless.

As we drove in the 1st thing I saw was a man giving a woman some drugs right in front of the hotel. Security had just driven by.

Our room was very nice and we managed to get two good nights sleep. The pool area was very nice and this allowed us to take sometime out relaxing.

The shopping mall located next to the hotel had closed so not exactly what we had been expecting.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The first stay, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. On my second stay, the shower seemed to have a brief back up, and smelled a little like sewer.

Great location for what we were there. Many food and shops close by.

Outdated rooms uncomfortable mattress
