Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Biltmore

The staff was great and made you feel comfortable. We needed an early check in and that was easy. I also traveled with my mom who is handicapped and a little cranky and they were able to just go with the flow and very understanding. The room was very clean and easy for my mom to get around.

What could have made that place better is if i found an envelope full of money that would have been the cherry on top.

The people that worked there where great. They always had clean towels when needed.

Other people staying there were the problem. Blasting music and yelling around. The pull out couch bed was horrible. My son who weighs 117lbs could feel the springs through the mattress.

I liked the fact that the room was ready and they had waited for me until I showed up even though I ran a little late on my arrival time.

I can't really say I didn't like anything. It's was good there and I will most definitely get another room there when I'm back in town and just need to chill and relax.

The staff was super friendly. Our room was tidy. The location was convenient for what we were out there for.

Our room faced the street, and it was quite loud. That is not the hotels fault though, but if you are a light sleeper, you will want a room on the opposite side of the building.

The room was great, loved having a seating area ... the kitchen area was more than we needed for our one night stay, but it was awesome! If I were planning a longer stay in the area, this definitely where I would want to be!

For the price, the room was very good with the mini kitchen. Being a disabled person, access to room was great and was able to manuever around easily

Parking could be better, the spaces were too narrow to safely park

the room was very comfortable and with everything you need for your stay. Great customer service, housekeeping people were very helpful and friendly, parking it’s free.

good location, room was clean and staff was lovely. the man at the counter went above and beyond. He definitely takes pride in his job and made sure we were comfortable

bathtub was slow to drain and water pressure in sink was low.

My key didn't work the next day after 12 midnight. My check out wasn't until 11am that day. THATS SCARY BRCAUSE NOONE WAS AT THE DESK AFTER MIDNIGHT!!!

The staff here was what my stay so awesome. Kim exceeded my expectations. She was so friendly and so helpful. Checked me in early and also made sure I had extra pillows for my comfort. Staff was very polite and friendly.

Sadly there’s no housekeeping daily. But that’s ok because if you need anything extra you can call and staff will help you get what you need .
