Hyatt Place Phoenix-North

I liked the location and closeness to everything I was in the area for.

No microwave in the room. Not Ideal to have to get dressed to go all the way to the bottom floor to reheat some leftovers. TV menu is terrible. Did not have a TV guide to tell you what is on. You just picked a channel and hoped it was something good.

nice hotel. nice amenities with good breakfast included. only there one night but overall enjoyed our stay. very unfortunate issue with room not being clean which we didn’t immediately notice as arrived late. when we brought it to managers attention he immediately worked with us to make it right.

liked all except cleanliness of our room. if not for that would have given hotel an overall good rating

Yeah it was a Hyatt.. but that’s pretty much it.

It was the worst we have ever stayed in.The bed was uncomfortable, the fire alarm kept going off because someone was smoking in the room (mind you the facility is non smoking), and the hotel itself I s very very outdated. We tried to get in contact with someone from management, but was never able to. In fact we’re still waiting for the call, it’s been 5 days. Not a good experience, definitely will not be staying there again.

Our room was great as was the staff. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room spacious and it was great for our purposes. Would come back.

The other guests, however, not so much and there was a lot of noise in the hallway with kids and doors slamming (not the hotel's fault except for the thin walls or whatever it was to hear everything oing on up and down the hallway. My only other frustration was accessing channels on the TV with the system that was in place. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room spacious and it was great for our purposes. Would come back.

Everything was wonderful. Until the second breakfast.

Finding hair in my eggs. I alerted the staff, but I was uninterested in eating after that.

I live how the staff was so friendly when I was in happy with the room they switch me to another one we're I was comfortable . And when I left my phone in my 1st room the security guard help my boyfriend find it in the other room. They really made feel like it was home .. thx uuuu

Um price could be a little lower but other then that it was great

The hotel was clean. The pool was nice and easy access. Our card was charged twice which made us a little upset but I was able to talk with our bank and our bank took care of it. All in all I would stay there again. Oh I will say the cleanliness was 10/10 the maids were awesome.

Our card was charged twice and with everything I thought we could have had one of our nights at least lowered in price to accommodate their mistake.

Dirty floors, trash overflowing outside

This hotel was very quiet and clean. The room was very nice and big enough for 3 adults. Breakfast was very good and the pool was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job while not being too intrusive.

Breakfast was amazing the first day which was a Thursday but nothing hot on Friday which a a little let down because I was looking forward to it lol.

I didn't like the fact that on Booking.com they say anything about a deposit of $40.00 on the site
