Very clean, feels safe. Good breakfast nice staff

I didn't like that before we checked in, we asked for an early check-in when we got there to check in, I also asked for a late checkout and she immediately said we're not doing that tomorrow. We're not doing any late checkouts tomorrow. Well later that night after shift change I went to the front desk and asked the new attendant for late check out and he was more than willing to give me one. He was a nice young man. I don't know if it's your policy to not give early check-in and late check outs. But I would say that's what I didn't like is that I wasn't afforded the early and late check out by the initial employee. Hope that's not your policy

The front desk staff and the manager were both very nice! Dinner and drinks were provided in the lobby some days during our stay The manager even offered to hold my baby while I ate. The breakfast they served was great too. The room was nice and worked for us with 2 babies. We did bring sound machines for the highway noise.

it does smell like weed quite often and it probably wouldn’t be safe to walk under the overpass to the shops and restaurants, There is a huge soccer field where tons of children were playing though, so it’s not THAT bad of an area.

Rooms are great, grounds are great and staff was friendly. Breakfast was nothing special, I'm sure it was slimmed down due to Covid. Just bagels, yogurt and fruit. No hot food. Coffee was decent which was surprising. Staff was very attentive to cleaning and disinfecting, which was very comforting.

We didn't get a map or any information about services, pool hours, etc. There were cackling Karen's until 1 am in the courtyard that kept waking us up. AC unit was also incredibly loud, it would scare me awake when it kicked on!

I like having a bedroom separate from the living area. Some suites have it all in one big open room. It was an adorable room, slightly outdated, but it was very clean. I liked the spacious bathroom as well.

We didn't spend much time here. We flew into PHX super late and just needed to sleep. I would have liked to stay longer. I think it was a little pricey, though.

Had a smell in carpet once you walk inside the building and Honestly breakfast was not so good they only had bagels and cereal smh

Room is big with large bathroom. Full size fridge and freezer with an ice maker. That's a great bonus feature. Great breakfast included. Comfortable bed and pillows. 2 tvs one in bedroom and one in living space.

More run down than expected for the price. Burners were broken, counter top on island needs to be reglued. If you lean in it it'll fall. Lack if kitchen towels and dish soap. Bedroom lighting could be better. Bathroom plug didn't work at all. Light above the bathroom sink was out but there was other lighting around the mirror as well as a sconce.

Breakfast was good and you can cook for yourself.

No TV Guide or even a listing of channels so no idea what's on and what channels are available. The receipt they emailed me is over $88.00 more than what Booking.com said it would be, I'm waiting for a call from the manager, it's happened before, getting really irritated about this. I stay at other Hilton properties and never have this happen so watch what they charge!

Well, the desk service are really friendly, however I arrived on a weekday and there was no cleaning services. The minute I open the suite door there was a huge cockroach, (in which my daughter is allergic to bugs). Desk service apologized and sent us to a different floor/a different room, the hallway was smelly and had a huge trash can full to the top. In the new room we noticed there was a garbage can and in it was trash. The sheets looked as if they were not changed, and we also found a pair of sandals and a key chain in the new room. I spoke to the front desk about sheets and they said, they would try to send room service, however they were very unsure when or if that could happen due to cleaning service not being around til the weekend. I changed the sheets with the new ones in the closet and I was feeling okay about it. I found the room to be a great size and breakfast bags to grab and go had good healthy foods in it. I also noticed on the weekend two gentlemen working working very hard(they were always cleaning when I left my room, I seen them mopping sweeping cleaning tables and cleaning the pool sometimes cleaning rooms~They changed the trash in the hallway as well and the hallway smelled much better. They also were great assistant me when I asked for trash bags and towels. Overall I would go back. The location was a bad area and there wasn’t places near to walk to, lots of homeless people around. I probably rent a car next time, because I found it far from stores and attractions. A shuttle bus would have been nice~Uber was very expensive and the store they had was very expensive. However, the hotel wasn’t extravagant, but it was the service being and staff that were very pleasant and professional and I would stay again (just maybe rent a car). Front desk staff tried helping us very much about areas of attractions we could go as much as they can the ask how we were doing, since I seen them a lot staying a week there.

If there’s anything I would change is maintenance/room check in’s for cleaning before a check in and it would have been helpful if they were there on weekdays not just on weekends. The store pricey in the hotel could be a bit cheaper (since there’s no walking area to other stores or attractions ). It was expensive for Uber and delivery services since there’s no restaurant in the hotel and I strongly believe a shuttle bus should be a commendation at the hotel since it is directly on a highway.

Staff was excellent. Lobby very nice and Breakfast and Night reception were great. Room clean and bed comfortable.

Felt like I was sleeping on freeway, it was so noisy. Not able to switch rooms. Rooms in need of an update. Tub was rusty. Toilet didnt flush properly.

The breakfast was very good and edith deserves a pay raise. She a very good worker and very responsive to our needs

The noise level from the highway is bad, not much you can do about that.
