Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Phoenix West/Tolleson

Breakfast was good. There was a decent variety of food offered. Hot foods were hot and kept well stocked. Cold foods were available, even though they ran out of bagels. It was crowded in the hotel, and we just needed to get there earlier. The dining area was clean with an adequate amount of seating.

The room was great. It was roomy, with comfortable beds, and a spacious, spotless bathroom. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a comfortable armchair in the room and a quieter air conditioner (it was very noisy!)

I was there for a concert. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast offered some good choices from the basics(oatmeal, cereal, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage,etc.) The pool was great for the hot days. The room was comfortable, roomy and clean. Will stay here again.

Just more towels available by the pool-restocking the towels.

Very comfortable beds and place was clean. Love the 24hrs snack area for purchase. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Love that location close to entertainment, shopping and eating places.

More options for breakfast like waffles. Have option of eggs with cheese or without. Son thought pool needed to be cleaned but loved the fitness area.

it was impossible to reach the actual hotel itself. I booked through booking.com and there was no direct phone line for the hotel. I wish it had a better breakfast. also, the concert we were supposed to attend was cancelled, and I couldn’t get ahold of the hotel to see if I could change dates. if I canceled I would have lost all our money $335.00.

Loved the incredibly comfortable bed. We slept very well, which doesn't always happen in hotels. The climate control in the room was also very good. The overall hotel was clean and smelled nice.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. There was little selection provided, it wasn't enough food for the number of customers (bins were routinely empty), there wasn't enough staff to service the breakfast station, and the food was poor quality when we finally got it.

Had a great variety considering the whole covid thing. Upon checking manger& 2 guys checking us in were not willing or untrained to help wit my checking request for room overlooking my work equipment. Wht was so great was Patricia Oliva who was very knowledgeable and helpful & made up for the poor service & understanding of my request for an outer room overlooking equipment. She should be the manager of this location, she made me feel like she was listening while the 3 stooges who were clueless. I will be staying here again, you can tell she takes pride in her work& it shows

Either the lack of knowledge of the manager& 2 guys at front desk? Or the unwillingness to help or care to for the guests of the hotel. Only after Ms Oliva who knew the availability of rooms currently ready& the layout of the hotel did the manager care to help wit my requests

The free breakfast was very disappointing. When we arrived at 7:20 am there was very little coffee left and there was very little food out. After asking one of the staff about this he had someone get some food out for us. When food did arrive there was only one item. The rest of the food advertised was missing. The staff said that their food vendor shorted them the rest of the items. I feel that efforts could have been made to replace any items that were not supplied by their vendor

Front desk staff, were all courteous and helpful, one staff which I remember is Madeisha, very helpful when I asked directions to nearby Walmart. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

I thought the lamp lights were a bit too bright. I would have preferred lighting with low wattage.

Awaken at 530am by kitchen staff banging pans and trays in sink next door. My bed was located directly on the other side of the wall. I had to request a transfer. Disrupted sleep the first night. The breakfast needs muffins, fruits, and just more variety.

We weren’t expecting the room to be as nice as it was especially for the price, it was very cozy, and clean. It was just down the street from the concert venue. Me and my boyfriend also met a celebrity in the lobby which was really cool. The staff was helpful and very kind. By far our best hotel experience. 10/10. We will be booking here in the future.
