Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix-Avondale

The staff was just so nice and the room was lovely but the mattress, for me, was too firm. My husband loved it though because his back felt way better! 🤣🤣

I don't like being over charged with b.s. fees. I was, of course, charged when we arrived, but we weren't given a receipt or even told what were actually being charged for our stay until we checked out yesterday. I've never encountered that at ANY hotel EVER. Especially not a Hilton. A business should ALWAYS be honest and up-front about their costs because that's what you're supposed to do. You want your customers to have some trust in you, not scam them. I was only charged $9 dollars more but I should've been told what I was actually going to be charged beforehand not after I checked out. I won't stay there again.

Hot breakfast every morning with several choices. We had a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. The beds were comfortable. The 2 room suite was comfortable.

Rooms are only cleaned every 5th day. However you can request a cleaning and fresh towels at any time. I think this policy is ok for a married couple. But if you are not a couple, but friends or relatives sharing a room, this does not work. I paid $143-176 each night. My mother and I stayed 4 nights. I think the bathroom should be cleaned daily at those prices automatically. I requested a cleaning the 2nd day, then I stopped at Walmart and bought the supplies to clean my own bathroom.

The location was excellent for access to the Cardinals State Farm Stadium

Really not much to complain about. A convenient location with a very nice surrounding area. The only thing that could have been better was that it appeared that they rarely vacuum under the bed. We were looking for something that we dropped on the floor and we’re quite surprised by the debris under the bed.

The location was perfect for the concert we attended at AK-Chin. The open wine/beer bar on Wed night was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was really good and had all the basics one might need after a long night out lol! The staff was excellent as well! Room size was SUPER! I love that we had a little kitchen and more than enough room to not feel crowded. I will definitely being staying here for future events in that area.

Should’ve read or asked about amenities, my room was equipped with everything I would need to have cooked my own food if I would’ve brought my supplies..next time I’ll request the same type room and bring stuff to cook and have my aunt n cousins come up for dinner next time on our next visit

We were greeted by friendly staff and felt comfortable with the questions we asked as well as the answers we received. The breakfast was very nice and the facility was clean and comfortable.

The lifts for handicap people at the pool and hot tub, needed to be working. One of my family members is in a wheelchair.

It was very welcoming! We arrived super late at night and the front desk staff was so helpful getting us right to our room and all checked in. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thank you to the weekend front desk staff for allowing us time to spend with our softball team to have a team dinner. We would definitely stay here again. Also beds were super comfy after long days on the softball fields coaching.

we liked the accommodations. plenty of room.

we have two dogs and there was only rocks and weeds for them to walk and go potty. it was very hot so their paws would be burnt just-walking around. the building

My visit was great, all as I expected. Rooms were clean and in good standing. Great location, only about a 5 mile distance from state farm stadium. Po was open and looked clean. Staff was very polite when checking in and checking out.

Amber was amazing!

There were no swim towels available and when we went to grab some from staff they wrote out room # down as if we were going to take them 😔
