My Place Hotel-Phoenix West/Avondale, AZ

Location was great- never utilized the breakfast option

Either a simple walk away breakfast option, yogurt, bagel, fresh fruit. Or utensils like plates, cups, silverware- coffee pot instead of single serve coffee maker-room offers great utilities of a stove top, large refrigerator- would have saved us money on constantly dining out. The offer of a breakfast served in the room was nice, but it’s all frozen microwave food (could have done that ourselves).

The hotel was on point with everything. The night desk staff was kind and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well put together. The bathroom was a perfect size and the water pressure was strong which led to a soothing hot shower just before I crawled into a dream of a bed and proceeded to sleep as sound as ever. i totally love this place and I wouldn't mind calling My place again in the near future.

I can honestly say I was overall pleased with my stay .

It was clean. But when we got to room it smelled. They used a wet vac on carpet and it smelled musty. I actually had to sprinkle carpet freshener

The above mentioned. Plus when they say breakfast available. It's not really breakfast it's like frozen jimmy dean sausages. Also the cost was a couple 100 extra because the nascar race was taking place hate when hotels gouge you because they know you don't have much of a option

Staff was exceptional with their willingness to assist however they could.

Operating the showerhead was an unnecessary challenge to figure out. Also, the kitchen had no kitchenware or utensils, but I understand that it was due to a covid related concern, yet I don't like the idea of having to purchase my own kitchenware of which will not fit in my suitcase to return with. ***With this now known, I would return for another stay***

Everything was neet and tidy and clean and fresh all the appliances were amazing to have in our room and all the staff were very gracious and accommodating to all our needs we love my place ❤️ and will only be staying here on all our trips to Avondale Thank you my place we will be back👍

I had sent an email to the hotel about late check out, received a confirmation and was told it was approved without being charged 25. But today the c hotel had no idea of the email and was rude about and I was charged to stay til 1pm

I didn't have one complaint about this facility

Only thing that was a little off was the phone in my room wasn't working properly...I called the front office about 3x and would get cut off...the phone line seems to be damaged

AC and ice maker to keep cool. Close parking. Down the road from where we meeting friends.

Right on busy street, can't really help that so understandable. Location was double edged sword.

The staff was very nice and helpful, I booked a handicap room due to my brother being in a wheelchair when we got to the room it was not handicap the front desk was very helpful and got us into the right room.

I wish the room would of had pots, pans and dishes but you have to rent them. It would of been good to know this ahead of time.

excellent comfortable beds

nice facility with refrigerator, stove, and microwave but no pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. I just stayed a night and had no use for said items. overall it was wonderful
