I like this property a lot. It was very solid and constructed well, no cheap materials were used in building this place. Bed was soft and large. The room had a good flow. I liked the details like all of the lamps had the same on/off switch on them. Easy to find. The appliances were quality and well made. Lots of garbage cans, I know that sounds a bit weird, but how many times do I have to walk to one place to empty garbage. Nice that they have a big garbage can well placed. . . . where? under the sink, where everyone has one. I could not hear anyone above, or next door. I like the fact that there are no stoves in the place, I did not worry about someone else burning the place down. Parking is very easy. Breakfast was very good and included.

Um, maybe a bigger pool, but it seemed like we were the only ones using it, so it was perfect for us. Nothing else stands out, to be honest. We would definitely stay there again.

I was very pleased with the room layout and convenient everything was placed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I attended a concert at the Ak-Chin Pavillion, so this was the perfect location to stay afterwards.

The breakfast was good. We really liked the waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs. We love having the kitchen part for snacks, quick meals and keeping things cold. We like the big window and blind that we can see out and others cannot see in. The bed was very comfortable. Climate control worked great.

The room was not clean when we arrived. There was hair and a hair tie in the shower. There was makeup or dirt on the bathroom door. There was dirt and hair on the kitchen floor. There was an almost empty honey mustard cup on the floor by the lamp in between the couch and bed. We mentioned it to the front desk and asked to have the manager contact us but they never got back to us. We would have loved to have some bacon or sausage.

What we enjoyed the most about the hotel was Location Location! It is located by shopping centers, restaurants and a movie theater. Everything was walking distance.

The only observation was that the trash doesn't get collected often. For example, if there was high traffic by the grill and pool area, the trashcan got full quickly that guests would just put their trash on the floor next to the can. The pool and grill area would get tidied up, but they just wouldn't pick up the trash. We were they're a total of four days and I swear I saw the same trash can full for two and a half days before it got picked up. It wasn't appealing. HOWEVER it was a busy weekend with baseball tournaments so maybe they didn't have the man power to keep up with the demand. I plan to return back to this hotel, we had fun and it's very convenient so I'm hoping this won't happen again.

Great breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. Comfortable beds & bedding. Plenty of clean towels and soap to use. Excellent location right near shopping centers with anything you could possibly want. We came for a hockey game at Gila River Arena which was just 10 minutes away. Was also nice to have a mini fridge. Also loved having a couch, coffee table, and tv!

Smell of cigarette smoke outside, but not once you get to your room. Pool was also a little misleading. Pictures made me assuming it was upstairs but it’s street level right next to a parking lot. We decided not to use it since anyone in the parking lot could look right in, didn’t feel very private or serene. Our greeting from the concierge wasn’t the friendliest. Could’ve used a few more hangers in the wardrobe.

Clean, newer feeling. bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was outstanding, and excellent coffee. Unexpected whole kitchenette. Could easily use for a longer stay.

Bedding was odd, one blanket was like a bedskirt. Nothing extra in the room (blankets, for example.) We made do, but are not seasoned travelers and not comfortable calling for anything. The couch was not the most comfortable with low back and low arms.

The suite was everything I needed and more! I enjoyed the use of the sofa bed which was so comfortable. Having the kitchenette helped us save so much money on food so we could have some extra for the zoo!!!

If I really really had to say a negative I will only say that the night staff was not available to let my guest in and I had to leave my kids to let my guest in after hours HOWEVER this is a good thing because it means the hotel is safe

Very friendly and comfortable. the rooms are spacious and clean. We were only there for a quick over night but wish we could have stayed longer. the location was perfect. lots of places to eat.

The only bummer was when we checked in (around 8pm) , they didn’t have any more rooms that I had reserved (2 Queen beds). They were able to give us 2 king rooms so no one had to sleep on the couch😊

I loved my room! My bed was very comfortable and my room smelled clean! I love that they had shampoo and shower gel in the shower. And I loved the free breakfast!

I didn't like that the guy who checked me out didn't smile, greet me, or look at me while I was talking. He had an earphone in his ear and wasn't wearing a name tag, so i couldn't get his name.

The Facility was clean and inviting. Room was very nice and comfortable. Location was great for what where we needed to go.

The only thing that I can think of that could be an improvement was at the front desk. The staff was very nice but there was a few times that no one was there and had to wait a while.
