Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Old Town

The staff person Kathy was very pleasant, kind, & friendly when checking in. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about what the facility had to offer- food, bar, pool & fitness. Kathy accommodated me with a view of the mountains when I requested it. I was very happy with the room! It was clean and updated!! I loved the location in Scottsdale. It appeared to be safe at night.

The heat and there was nothing you could do about that!

Big room, good location, quiet

The bathroom could be cleaner and a bit dated. The taxi ordered at the reception is a scam and totally unreliable. We were waiting for 30 min when it was supposed to be there in 10 min. The receptionist called 2x to ask when they are going to get there. Charged 2x the price of Uber.

Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. Location was good and easy to find with plenty of dining in the area.

Noisy street that runs along the side of the property. It is a busy street so there was car noise into late night. The bathroom in the room was a bit tired and could use a refresh.

We requested housekeeping for our room to a lady that was working the front desk. She basically said "No, it's only every 7 days," despite the fact that the pamphlet in the room and elsewhere said "Unless requested." The way she answered it also came off like we were somehow in the wrong for asking. That stuck in our craw for the remainder of the stay, however we were able to request housekeeping easily with any other staff members. I'm not sure what her name was, but she definitely gave the wrong response.

I love this location in Scottsdale. The staff are fantastic as always. Very clean and quaint rooms. It was our 39th wedding anniversary and once the staff found out they treated us like royalty. Thank you Marriot

The location was great, being blocks from Old Town, and the staff was quite friendly. The property was clean and well maintained, plus the onsite market was quite handy.

The bed was just okay and the "couch" in the room, while attractive, wasn't very comfortable.

Staff are nice and friendly, bed is comfortable, I like how their water are purified to reduce irritants so to make our skin clean and itch free.

No microwave in our room, I want my coffee hot all the time.

excellent mattresses . I left an item in room and called 7 hours after checkout. Jeremy went well above expectations and found my object and will mail it to me

Staff was great and helpful with early arrival. Nice options for breakfast however as a Marriott member it would be nice to have a free breakfast option. and liked the pantry. Room was nice and clean.
