The rooms were clean and beautiful and the bed was soooo comfy! The staff were friendly. Nice little quiet bar on the second floor. Only down side was couldn’t watch the Suns game in the bar, didn’t want to go to one of local bars, they are SO loud and we could hear the blaring music from said bars from the block over until they closed. We were able to sleep but be prepared. We would definitely stay here again!!
Not able to watch the game and the loud neighborhood but definitely not a dealbreaker.

I did like the hotel.
My credit card got overcharged the night I checked in, which is not acceptable. I'm still fighting with them to get a refund. I have called twice. They just hung up on me.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of all the action in Old Town. The staff was fantastic and friendly as well. The room was modern and comfortable.
There was no sound insulation. Could hear everything going on in the hallway and could hear the nightclubs nearby.

Walked in and was treated very well upon arrival. The young lady was polite and very helpful.
We couldn't figure out the darn heater. We were drinking so not the sharpest that late in the evening... we should of called but didn't think of it at the time.

Absolutely everything about this stay was above and beyond. The staff were very kind and helpful. The patio off the bar area was beautiful especially with the firepit! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. And can't beat the location :) Would absolutely return!!
