Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas

The ample free parking is great as well as a complimentary driver who will take you anywhere within a 3mile radius of hotel. This hotel is geared towards catering to business travellers & specifically hosting conferences. The facilities are beautiful & well kept

The gym is very basic & spa was not open. The location is not that great as it is in the middle of no where’s with nothing really around it.

We paid for a $20 upgrade and got a nice, large room near the lobby and pool. Checked in early at 1:30 with no issues. The pool area was great for our needs, mostly adults relaxing and chatting. No one bothered us about our drinks or the small speaker we had with us and it wasn't too crowded. Plenty of umbrellas for shade. The pool bar was easily accessible and service was quick and friendly. Free bottled water in the lobby was a great perk! It was raining a bit the night that we stayed, so we used the hotel's free shuttle to take us out to dinner. The driver was friendly and we were so happy we didn't have to pay for an Uber just to go a mile up the street. He also gave us his card to call him for pick up later. Very convenient!

Drinks at the pool bar were pretty pricey.

Beautiful property, nice pool and bar area. This place had one of the best breakfast I have been in US, usually most of the places offering fake junk food and plastic cup’s. I would love to have great breakfast everywhere I go . I’m form Europe and I use to the good quality breakfast especially for 4+* hotels and resorts. I don’t care if it’s more expensive because it is important! the rooms and villas are spacious, but a little bit outdated.

Breakfast buffet was excellent for our needs - hot foods, waffle maker, and continental items. Our room was surprisingly way more spacious that I anticipated. Main pool and pool bar were great - nothing over the top but sufficient. Location was excellent - we could walk to shops/restaurants which were right around the corner from our villa. Loved the unlimited "free" chilled bottled water (I count it towards the resort fee).

The walk from our villa to the main hotel was a tad far but they offer golf cart rides - we opted to walk to get exercise.

The staff were all kind and courteous. Location was perfect for our needs. The pool was nice and had ample seating. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included with our room and that worked out perfect.

Only bummer for us was the restaurant that served breakfast was not open for lunch and dinner as advertised. The pool bar didn’t have many kid friendly options on the menu. Maybe a menu update with kid options because I was able to order chicken finger and French fries and that was not on the menu.

2BR Villas are SUPER spacious and worth the very short distance from the “main” building. Room service was quick and delicious. very quick 3-4 mins drive to old Scottsdale.

the Hilton app gave us our digital key at 11am (well before the check in time of 4pm) but it would open our room. The front desk explained digital keys won’t work until at least noon. They shouldn’t be sent if they won’t work. **perhaps a Hilton issue, not a property issue.

Great location, beautiful facilities. Nice large rooms, excellent grounds, and pet friendly!

none of the phones are manned. After an exhausting trip in, I ordered room service. Two hours later, I still haven’t received it, I called the front desk, room service, the concierge, housekeeping, no one answered any of the lines. I know it was a busy weekend.

Location was perfect but a bit overpriced. Did not use the breakfast buffet which was truly overpriced at $26.00 per person - similar buffet that is offered in many chains for free.

Pricing could have been more reasonable - I understand they have to pay for the overheads etc. but the room was no different than any Fairfield or holiday inn.

Lobby area was really nice. The outdoor bar was great. We had a lower level room that was close to the pool which was also awesome. Location was good too, lots of close by restaurants. Room was quiet and clean.

Pool area was very dirty and hotel was run down a little. With a little renovation it could be really nice.

They have an amazing front yard in the hotel. I wish they had these trees and grass in their main yard. There is a very tiny area around the pool. As a business meeting place it works great, for leisure it’s not that amazing
