Independence 47 Hotel

Location was the best for game at Talking Stick Park. The property was nice and quiet and had beautiful cacti. The bonus was quail running around. The hot tub was nice. Our favorite was no loud kids. Sitting in the grass soaking up the sun. Front desk service was great.

We asked for blankets and pool towels. There wasn’t coffee in the room or continental breakfast. This didn’t hamper our experience.

Location ideal for Dbacks game next day. Liked the jacuzzi. liked the large room and quiet walls. Liked having a fridge and microwave. lots of mirrors. table to play cards. couch to sit on and chat. nice bedding and carpet.

no breakfast there, but McDonalds close by. It's probably because they have conferences to serve and so we were fine about it really.

Across the street from Gray Wolf Lodge . I walked from the hotel .

Signage is poor.. at night no lights on the property Name Sign at the driveway …. no signage for the directions to the reception entrance . I thought I had turned into an apartment complex .. When your driving alone and at night it’s scary .. Attention to Management : A quick important fix is needed.

There was no breakfast, but she said that they are planning to put in a restaurant. We come to phoenix every year, and will stay there again

The heater wasn’t working but she gave us blankets and we were good. She offered to move us but we said we didn’t need to.

We loved the pool area/ hot tub it was kick butt! The feel was nice and safe.

They could have cleaned the bathroom and toilet better. The base of the toilet was clearly not cleaned and that entire area should be deep cleaned. But other then that- everything was great! Could have used some thicker blankets.

I chose this because the price was right. The courtyard was shaded and the green grass was nice to look at. I loved that the pool was open. It was clean and quiet which is why I booked a second night. There was one staff that came to our room to see if she could make the tv work. She was pleasant and professional.

There’s no point in offering breakfast in a bag. Had to walk by rooms where people were smoking weed, Yuck! The tv didn’t work and there was no discount for that. The handicapped parking is only on one side which sucks when your room is on the other.

It’s location was fantastic! We were in Phoenix for a birthday trip to Odysea.

I can say there is anything I didn’t like.

Great location, great size room with the little patio furniture outside, nice heated pool.

Beds where too firm. Shower had a leak.

The front desk personal was very helpful. She had information on the surrounding area as to things to do and restaurants. Her name was Trisha.

The staff was very nice snd helpful.

There was no breakfast at all. The hotel could of supplied danish individually wrapped, fruit, bananas, apples and juice. I know we are in a pandemic, but there are other options for breakfast. More verity of coffees. Plus you’re in Scottsdale AZ, let’s step it up Days Inn.
