Courtyard by Marriott Scottsdale Salt River

Great location. Room is nicely appointed and very comfortable overall. Check in very easy. Staff is very accommodating.

Had room 106 toward the rear of the hotel. Husband is handicapped. Parking for handicapped is very hard to use to the ramp to the outer door. Room has very nice features that accommodate someone with mobility issues, but the desk chair with wheels is a no-go for someone handicapped.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast (it's not a buffet, you select items from a menu and they prepare them for you). Pool area had a steel drummer playing relaxing tunes on Sat.

Room was not ready at check-in (3pm), but they were very friendly and provided pool access card and towels while we waited. They said we were early, so I wonder if Booking.com's 3pm check-in time should have listed 4?

The hotel was clean,up-to-date the beds were unbelievably comfortable, they have great pillows,great linens, nice walk in shower with shampoo, body wash and conditioner, not the tiny bottles. They were big refillable bottles fastened in the shower. The staff really made you feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back.

He had to drive a little bit to get to any type of activities.

Nice location, away from busy or noisy streets but with great highway access to everything around the area. Nice pool and courtyard area. Clean and quiet room with comfortable arrangement. Easy parking and access to all doors.

A little bigger TV package with more variety would have been nice. Also, a free continental breakfast offering would have made the stay perfect.

The hotel was very pleasant; had nice grounds. The room was on the small side but had everything we needed, except I would have liked 1/2&1/2 with the coffee rather than powdered creamer. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Just the lack of 1/2&1/2 for the coffee and the lack of a small handheld mirror in the bathroom. No more complaints really; enjoyed the hotel.

Easy access, room was updated and nice, pool area was great. Staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating.

Room was extremely small. There were 3 of us in the room and therefore the sofa bed should have been made up. Bedding was in the closet, but no pillows, so had to request. We had to dodge workers in the hall to the elevator for a couple of days.

i loved the decor of the property, the choices in art and furniture, carpeting. loved the ac and the balcony. loved the lobby, the heated pool, the bar.

i wasnt a fan of our view, the 101 isnt the prettiest. TV’s video was delayed by more than a few seconds which made it hard to enjoy televison, but we didnt use the TV much.

The staff were all extremly pleasant helped an old couple out when we had a problem with the printer. good mix of age in employees the stay was very enjoyable.

in all the hotel we have stayed at around the World this is the first hotel they did not give free water expecially in Arizona. Also very limited TV stations in Bedrooms.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, yummy cocktails from bar. Pool area and jacuzzi are decent (nice that they weren't crowded but it was a Monday).

Not much around but only 10 minutes from old Town. Nice if you want to stay in a quieter area.

Breakfast was good...my husband and I had a free breakfast thanks to Joey. All staff were courteous.

would have preferred our room/ balcony facing the pool instead of the parking lot which at times was quite noisy....
