Comfort Inn & Suites Sierra Vista near Ft Huachuca

The location was excellent, plenty of restaurants really close by. The food served for breakfast was excellent! I never eat the breakfasts at hotels because they are usually awful so I was extremely surprised that the breakfast served here was great! The rooms were Very clean and looked new. This was the best Comfort Inn & Suites we've stayed at.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, except the shower head could have been upgraded to put out more water pressure.

The property is conveniently located next to the Commons shopping area in Sierra Vista and only 5 minutes from the Ft Huachuca main gate. The facilities are very well maintained (room, pool, gym, etc.). The best thing is the friendly staff.

No complaints at all. I actually extended my stay for another 6 days because I was so impressed with this hotel.

Breakfasts, waffles, quiet, quiet air conditioning

TOO EXPENSIVE! PRICE CHANGED EVERY DAY OUTSIDE OF MY ONLINE RESERVATION! Day before on line reservation was $128, Day after on line reservation was $158! Online reservation was $99 for 5 nights.WTF!!!

Rode the Tour De Zona bike ride so location was excellent. Though slow at checkin as many arrived at 3pm, the sole receptionist did her best to keep her cool.

Bath amenities were a bit small, just enough for one person, but not enough for two.

There is not one thing that I did not like about our room.

Nothing, I cannot say anything bad about this hotel or the staff. They were courteous and kind and the breakfast was great

Welcoming and very helpful. Super clean. Fair breakfast with waffles, cereal and sandwiches. Laundry facility. Good parking. Bed was ok. Great location for restaurants and shopping and the Cowboy poet Gatheringat the High School.

Pillows not in good condition and bed a little firm for me. Coffee was weak.

Everything was very clean and it wasn't run down like you see at many other hotels.

Even though it was a weekend, it would have been nice if breakfast had started at 6 like it does during the week.

Managers, Nicole and Ashley, were very friendly and helpful. The room had a lot of space. Three adults fit comfortably, without running into each other. Fridge held a lot too.

The washer on the shower head was worn, so it wouldn't stay in place. Ashley personally made sure it was fixed.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Evening clerk did point out where cameras are located in parking, so we could park our show bike in a safe spot.

We didn't realize that breakfast to go bags were being offered because of how severely limited supplies were. At 8:45, breakfast room was cleared, and no coffee. The evening clerk did carefully point out the option, So just a heads up definitely take the to-go bag!

The girl at the front desk was very nice. Bookings.com screwed up our booking. What they said they reserved was not actually what was reserved. She actually had to call a maid in to fix a room that accommodate us. She was very helpful by going above and beyond.
