Red Roof Inn Tucson North - Marana

The staff was amazing! Amy and angelica were so nice helpful and profesional. Was greeted with a big smile both times i stayed there on 8/12 on a trip to El paso and on 8/19 going back home to California. When i arrived the first time on 8/12 i had requested a handicap room for my dad on the 1st floor so my dad would not have to walk too far. Which we did get and was much appreciated! Upon leaving the next day i asked if i could have the same room a week later on our way back home. Amy assured me that she would have it and when we arrived a week later we did. Rooms were very clean as well.

It was close to restaurants and freeway and most of the staff was very friendly and courteous.

There was one staff member requesting my husbands identification every single time we went downstairs just a few hours before checking out. After showing it a third time I refused to allow him to show it again and told her that; If she needed it than she should have taken a copy of it cos I rented the room in my name and it was my credit card on file so therefore I was the one responsible for him. I also told her if she harassed us again for it that I would be contacting the main headquarters.

My request for getting a 1st floor handicap room was fullfilled which was much appreciated! Amy assured me on our return stay a week later the same would be available and it was and i thanked her for that. Great value as well. will stay there again in the future.

Nice clean room for traveling with our dog. The staff were friendly and courteous

The staff members were polite and respectful. The pool was nice and clean. The location. The laminate floors (instead of carpet). The beds we’re comfortable. The sheets were white.

After thoroughly checking, the room could use a deep cleaning. The curtains can be replaced and/or cleaned. The inside of the trash can, can be cleaned too.

The staff is always so kind.

The floor of our room was so nasty dirty. Never was our room cleaned. We never even got any new towels, the bed was not made and nothing was touched in our room. Yet Gloria from house keeping left her envelope was her name on it stating how she was happy to serve us. That was very disappointing because all we needed was towels, at least. I guess only the front desk are responsible for really doing their job.

Very nice staff, very convenient location, great pet policy, great price. I need to use the wifi for work, and it was consistently strong enough for Zoom meetings, etc.

The bed could be a bit more comfy, but that's just because I like soft mattresses -- if you like firm it will be fine for you

did sirve my purpose need to use as a handy cap room to do personal care assistance to my client in a room well done for a person in a motorized chair and with a hoyer lift that needed a great roll in shower and access under bed to be able to put in bed with hoyer thanks

The only thing i would of liked for them to have a restaurant or at least brsakfast bar

easy to find and well priced. Not noisy. Loved the shower head.

bad decor. Smelled old. 1light on bedside didn’t work. Sink faucet didn’t allow to put hands under running water because the of the short neck. the bathroom looked grungy from the thick paint on the walls, bad wall damage repair and dirty floor.

Check-in was very quick since I had a reservation. The room was clean yet did not smell of chemicals and the bed was very comfortable. The room was also set up for anyone who may need to use it as an office for a few days or a week. This hotel is not far from restaurants and shopping.

There was nothing to dislike.
