The price set the tone for the stay, and we had a good time with the space even as limited as it was. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and cleaning service was very good! Check out was also a breeze.
My only complaints are that the beds were sat on a hollow aluminum frame that sounded like someone banging a file cabinet when moved, and the fitted sheets came off very easily and became a bit of a nuisance. The walls were also fairly thin and we could hear noise from neighbors (and they from us I’m sure) which was less than ideal.

The location is great. The owner was a fantastic person and very accommodating! We had a gift basket with snacks left in our room.
Honestly for an older hotel there was nothing I didn’t like. The only thing that would have improved it would cost a fortune so understand what it is.

Great location for walking Williams hub! Very simple, obviously older facility...but immaculate. Very 60's, but what would you expect in downtown Williams!
Needed an extra bed blanket or quilt, was chilly. Staff and office in another building was sort of inconvenient.

Out of all the years I have travelled and all the places I have stayed I have to say this hotel was the best the cleansing is the staff the location and the price was perfect thank you for letting us have an amazing experience at your location look forward to see you next year
One thing it could use is two chairs in the room for us to sit together and counter space besides that 100% Top Notch Hotel

If you like "character", this place has lots. Old, small, no amenities but brought me back to my childhood in the late 50's to mid 60's. Very clean and great location with easy walking to lots of restaurants and shops and of course, the gateway to the Grand Canyon.
