Days Inn by Wyndham Williams

We stayed at Days Inn when we came for the Polar Express. The room rates were a lot less than staying at the hotel where the train was. It was a short drive to the train. Crysten was great helping us with check in and directions. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We didn't use the pool. We did have breakfast and it was good and comparable to typical hotel free breakfast. The location of the hotel was in a quiet location with easy access.

The only thing I noticed was you could hear people in the hall and closing doors etc. more than more expensive hotels, but it wasn't bad.

We were looking for somewhere within driving distance to the Grand Canyon. This property fitted the bill perfectly with a drive of around 50 miles or an hour if you like time. We had looked at places slightly nearer but we're put off by poor reviews. We are glad we were. The toom was extremely clean and very comfortable with a large king-size bed microwave fridge etc. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Location was very close to Williams Town centre which was full of interesting shops and exhibits celebrating its heritage as being located on the historic route 66. We even found a diner which was a throwback to the 50s and 60s in labour but fully 2022 in terms of service and quality. All in all our stay couldn't have been any better...

Nothing all great perfect stop on the way to the Grand Canuon

The room was very good ~ comfortable and clean. It seemed to be well insulated, as we weren't bothered by noisy neighbors. The location was perfect ~ just far enough out of town to get away from the traffic, and close enough to reach all the activities.

The main thing we didn't like was the breakfast, although I know it's standard fare for most hotels that offer breakfast. Everything was full of sugar ~ cereals, yogurt, etc. Would appreciate more healthy options. Also, although this was not the hotel's fault, a good number of the other guests were rude in the breakfast room ~ reaching and grabbing in front of us. It seemed very odd. The hotel signage left a little to be desired. We had trouble finding it. Our GPS steered us wrong, so we called the hotel, but even with advice from the front desk, it was hard to find at first.

Was pretty great stay. Staff was nice. Everything was very clean. Pool was nice. Having pool towels was great too. Verity at breakfast. Extremely happy with our stay. Rates were pretty good. Would totally stay again.

Our room keys kept stopped working random moments. Made sure not to have them near phones keys or anything. Made no difference. Very frustrating to have to keep going to front desk. Breakfast time the juice Despenser never had juice. One of the mornings hot coco didn't have hot coco in it. We made sure to go 640 am first day and 7am the next to make sure to get breakfast.

clean good location staff at check in was friendly

the staff who was there when we checked in, agreed, we could take some fruits or croissants if we check out early morning but in the morning the lady who was at reception told me she can’t help with that. some guests may need to check out early before breakfast time and in most of the countries hotels provide complimentary packed breakfast.

I really thought I was booking something “no frills,” but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I was super impressed with the cleanliness everywhere. Breakfast was nice as well. We needed a rollaway bed, which was very inexpensive to add to the room. It was also a pet friendly at an inexpensive rate!

Might have been our timing with the holiday, but the breakfast area was so crowded it was hard to find seating.

The staff were very helpful, to include Jose who was kind enough to get the TV to work for me. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable.

The only concern I had, was the loud A/C. To hear the TV, I had to have it turned up very high. I was hoping the other rooms were not disturbed by the high TV volume.

The Staff was very friendly and polite, our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was really nice. We will be staying here again. It was really close to the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. Which is the town of Williams. I Loved this little town, lots of cute Shops, Restaurants Hotels & Bars. And it is only about 10 minutes to Bearizona which is a must see. Plus you can catch the train to the Grand Canyon from here. All in all, in was a really nice little Vacation.

I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel.

Good amount of food and great location for breakfast bar, opens early and has good food and drinks!!

The only thing we did not like is that the pillows on the bed were too solid and could not be adjusted to our sleeping needs. We will bring our own pillows next time.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. We loved how secluded it felt, while still being really close to downtown. Breakfast offered a surprising variety, my young boys were always satisfied for breakfast, which was a relief. We enjoyed the hot tub, but were bummed that it was down for maintenance our first day there.

The person who checked us in- I didn’t get her name- was a bit rude and sour. Any question we asked, she answered in a tone that seem annoyed.
