Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Williams - Grand Canyon Area

Checking in was easy, the room and bathroom very clean, the bed very comfortable. Wi-fi connection was swift. The whole facility was small, but looked to be very well cared for. The area was quiet.

The bedding could have been warmer. Had I thought I would get cold during the night, I would have asked for an extra blanket. As it was, may partner got up and turned up the heat when I complained of being cold in the middle of the night. Perhaps an extra blanket in the closet during winter months would be helpful. The bed duvet was very thin and did not provide any warmth.

Overall: I'm happy with my choice. Staff: Really good staff! The manager was super friendly and helpful, he helped solve our issues with the chargers we forgot at home. Thank you! Room: The room was big enough and had everything we needed: king bed (sturdy pillows though), microwave, coffee maker. The room was very warm, even when it was snowing hard. The heater worked ok. Cleanliness: Room service was great: our linen and towels were changed every day, as well as the room was cleaned up. Breakfast: There was unlimited coffee which was very nice. The coffee tasted really good. The breakfast was quite simple: cornflakes, toasts, yoghurt and packed cakes. It's good quality for the money, first of all just because of very helpful and friendly staff that make you feel comfortable here.

Sturdy pillows (but we got used). Noise: There's some noise from the trains, but I guess it's common for Williams. We chose this town because it's closer to the Grand Canyon than Flagstaff (about 1 h drive). Breakfast: very simple.

Footprint/size of the facility was surprisingly small, but it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was adequate and enjoyable. Would consider this place on future travels.

Good location, clean rooms

Bathrooms are small and dated! Pillows are very small and uncomfortable but overall good value for money if you just need a place to crash!

Breakfast was simple choice of yogurt, coffees, cereals and individual cookie bars. Room was clean and amply spacious, with a big king-size bed. Room also had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, which to me was important. Hotel was off the main drag of town, so the area wasn't that noisy and crowded.

There was a strong pervasive smell of cooking inside the hotel 1st floor - they can do without this.

We were assigned two rooms upstairs, however after asking they were able to provide downstairs rooms. Thank goodness since there is no elevator and we are having knee problems. Thanks.

The room was good and the breakfast was simple, like yogurt, toast, pastry and coffee but enough for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We could hear the people above us walking around because the floor creaked. This didn't bother too much.

Room was immaculate ! All updated bright beautiful clean accommodations in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious - yogurt, cereal, OJ, coffee. Loved our stay. Wish every hotel was this nice. Many thanks.

Guess a different room would have had a better view. Wall with snowblower. Didn't matter, as we were just there overnight. No complaints.

Right off the main road. Quiet and comfy. Clean and good price.

No late check out. Asked the front desk for how much the charge is to check out late and they did not know just said to make sure we check out by 11. We didn’t. Stayed until about 12 (:
