Comfort Inn & Suites Conway

It was convenient to where I needed to be. I was there for a family funeral. The staff was friendly. The lobby was great for several of us cousins to get together and visit the night before the funeral since we live in Arkansas, Louisiana and Tennesse.

The smell of my room wasn’t the most pleasant but in defense of the hotel I have a very strong sense of smell and can’t stand many. it wasn’t something I couldn’t stand and I would have gone to get room spray if I couldn’t deal with it.

The breakfast offered a good variety of solid choices, and Felicia was kind, friendly, sincere and very helpful! Also front desk staff were polite and helpful, and accommodated a few needs /requests happily.

The TV had too many channels unavailable once you flip to them, and the remote was quirky (it had a minimum ("16" not "1" or "0"??) and a maximum short of what was needed for some channels)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable in every way – the bed, bedding, and pillows were all so comfy. Room was clean and it was nice having the refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast choices were outstanding! The area was so clean and the food was fresh and what was supposed to be hot was hot and what was supposed to be cold was cold . The motel location was perfect. It’s close to everything. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Oh and let me just say the staff was so friendly and helpful! That means a lot.

If I have to name something I’ll just say the shower curtain in our room needs to be replaced.

Nicely appointed & clean room. Comfy bed. Larger than usual bath towels. Pool was open, although we did not use. Full variety of hot & cold breakfast items available. Extremely well lit parking area.

Annoying fragrance in lobby, possibly cleaning solvent/disinfectant? Glad we did not partake in breakfast offered, as this smell was so overpowering, it would make it impossible to enjoy our meal.

Comfortable beds, clean and well maintained rooms and building. Exceptional attention to detail like dispensers with lotion and hand soap by the sink and shampoo and conditioner with body wash dispensers in the shower. Big nice towels too. Keurig coffee maker in room.

Not enough creamer in the room but that’s it

Check in and check out were quick and the people at the desk were exceptional. Very friendly and informative about the area. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Heater was easy to manage. Hotel location was convenient to restaurants and WalMart. Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesdays within walking distance.

The lobby and entry hallway had a slight odor. We discovered it was trash in a trash bin by the elevator. Breakfast was minimal, packaged rolls, juice and coffee. We went to a restaurant for breakfast.

I felt like I was staying at the Ritz. They bent over backwards to welcome me and my dog. Everything a person would need to feel like you were in your own home was there. I slept so good because I felt so safe.

I can’t think of anything it was a perfect hotel.

Breakfast was good. Location was good; convenient to appointments in both Conway and Little Rock

Maybe a list of available services in the room, like room service menu or list of restaurants in the immediate area

it was ok but not great

I didn’t get the room I reserved because they don’t have that kind of room so why accept the reservation if you don’t have the room also the room was not clean and the bathtub was slippery I won’t be staying at comfort inn anymore

The breakfast was satisfactory.

I didn’t like the fact this property charged a security deposit. I have never been charged a security deposit previously and I consider myself a seasoned traveler. I was told it would be refunded within 7-10 days.
