Best Western Conway

The location was great. I loved that the room they gave me was at the very end. I did enjoy that.

The property was fine. The breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about so I’d think twice if you’re wanting to try and save on that. It’s A very busy location. But great location. Close to all the good stores if needed… Target, TJ MAXX, Belk etc. I enjoyed that very much. Convenience is a great thing when traveling. The only complaint that I have is the room was very dusty and it was a pet room, which I did ask for…it was a bit smelly.

Breakfast was fine--very much appreciated the fruit, yogurt; glad that it wasn't only carbs (though they are delicious!). Since there is no elevator, the young man who registered us stepped right up and took our heavy things upstairs for us.

Room carpet was very dirty; bed uncomfortable; shower difficult to figure out; no elevator--physically we are capable to climb stairs, but we had a lot to bring in.

The amazing staff at the Best Western Conway make this property better than it actually is! Bravo to eve front desk especially!

I don’t prefer outside entries into hotels and it’s sandwiched between the Golden Corral and Waffle House. My room smelled ok when I entered, but soon after reeked of smoke. It just didn’t seem clean. I removed bedspread, etc. Maybe because I travel with my dog. Seems “pet” rooms are the worst even with $30 per night fees.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Having a microwave and fridge was a great addition. We were there four days so it was nice to have cold drinks and snacks. Room was quiet even though on a busy highway. Bed was super comfy! The A/C worked great. Loved having a chair and ottoman. Sitting in the bed is hard on the back after working all day. We were able to walk to local dining without maneuvering traffic at night.

The shower head is very high and aimed at the wall so I had trouble getting under it. But I’m short and that’s part of my daily life. 😀

Pool, free breakfast & beverages, cleaned room daily and gave us fresh towels.

Some of the guests were obviously residents and lived there. They were a bit noisy one evening. Otherwise, have no complaints except pool hours should extend to 10 pm. Missed 9 pm twice and was disappointed.

Our room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Very good choices. The sausage and eggs were good. Just one suggestion, add salsa packets to condiments please.

Our bed was a little harder than I prefer and our air conditioner didn't blow very hard and definitely not as cold as we wanted it. But it was very hot outside when we stayed. The second night we had to use our fan to stay cool enough.

From before I checked in the until I checked out the staff was great and the cleanliness was marvelous and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and also checked in with me to make sure everything was good

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good as well.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything. Everything was fine just some of the furniture seemed to be old and/or stained. It wasn't a problem nor would keep me from staying there again in the future.

Convenient location, right next door to Golden Corral restaurant.

Since it is conveniently located near the highway, there is some traffic noise to consider. With the AC running and masking the sounds, it wasn't much of an issue.

The location was easy off and on to I-40. I thought that the room might be noisy with traffic noise, but it was quiet and comfortable. If you're uncomfortable with doors opening to the parking lot, this would not be a place to stay.
