The location was perfect for me. Hotel was clean .

I was on the 4th floor. Would have been nice to have been informed at checkin that the 4th floor halls were full of the furniture from various rooms that were being repaired/painted. The furniture was there for all three days. I had no choice but to extend my stay and had to pay another rate for the room that was $30 higher then my original price. The furniture finally started going back into the rooms on Friday .

Absolutely clean. No roaches or bed bugs. Comfortable bed. Very nice front desk, night time and weekends, too.

I wish they would run breakfast until 10:00. But since it's free, I'm just going to shut up!

Room was clean and located in a really convenient spot.

Front desk staff guy was very rude repeating constantly that I better not smoke in the room since I had a nonsmoking room. No where on the site did it say you needed the room cost and a $100 on top of that for a deposit you’d get back once leaving. When that got waived for me to stay just one night since I didn’t have the extra $100 I was told 5 or more times that i better not smoke in the room and was asked if I promise I won’t be smoking in the room. Completely unprofessional and seeing I was just 1 woman staying alone for one night at this place I don’t know why he would assume so hard. I don’t smoke so I never smelt like it to give off the impression either. Other than that the place it’s self was nice.

Staff was great. When I told them the blow dryer in our room didn't work, they replaced it with a brand new one, right away. Price was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

The room was smaller than most we have stayed in, but comfortable.

I was thankful the desk clerk found a room on 1st floor due to elevator issues and I have back issues. Clean room well stocked with towels. They are remodeling and painting. Good area of town. I would stay here again.

I was told that the elevator was broke when I got there. The shower needed to be fixed. Desk clerk told me to check the room and make sure everything was OK. I felt he should have done that or known if something was wrong with the room. He said breakfast was a sack due to Covid, we checked out about 8 am and there was no one serving any type of breakfast. Covid is an excuse for these Hotels not doing breakfast. I just stayed at a Holiday Inn in Arlington TX, they had bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes everything you wanted. They had gloves, paper plates and silverware and asked what you wanted, they served you. I just added that because on reviews I have read so many don't have breakfast.

It was my first time staying at a Microtel Inn & Suites. It was outstanding! My future bookings will be at Microtel Inn & Suites wherever I can find one with my travels. Customer service was outstanding in Conway, AR. The room was clean, it was spacious, and I loved the window seat!

There was nothing not to like.

Check in was easy, Front desk person was polite and helpful. My wife noticed after washing our daughters that the hair dryer was not working. We had a new one in less than 10 minutes. Great service.

As stated in some other reviews there were multiple trucks pulling trailers taking up 4 to 5 parking spots. I was able to get one of the last available spots but there were several people checking in after us and I am not sure where they parked.

There wasn't much of a selection for breakfast so we went to McDonald's. Location is good close to the interstate and plenty of restaurants nearby. The night clerk was really nice and the morning clerk was friendly

This hotel is perfect for 1 night right off the interstate. Pleasantly surprised at the bed it super comfortable! You can not beat this hotel for the price!

Room and room location. Night staff was very nice.

The breakfast was not much of anything. If having a good breakfast is important then stay somewhere else.
