La Quinta by Wyndham Conway

Great location near a lot of restaurants, walking trail and stores. Room was very clean and smelled good. Was a little noisy with people walking around and talking but didn’t affect me much. An odd smell in hallways but wasn’t in the room so that was great. Breakfast was lacking a lot but it was all Covid safe. Would stay here again especially with our pet as they do not charge extra for this.

Breakfast was not very good. There was one milk left for cereal and was spoiled when I took a bite. Covid safe so I do understand the lack of options.

The room was very clean, smell good, food was delicious! Staff was very nice and helpful, restaurants are near and the highway is too! The room was really Big and I love that's, the others customers was nice!!! I will stay there all the time when I go to Arkansas

The Pool was too Hotttt for the summer! Arkansas was really Hot and I couldn't enjoy the pool because the had the heat turned up too high in the Pool, to my understanding they did cut the heat down!

Front desk clerk was very friendly. Check in was simple and we found our room quickly. Room was very clean with all amenities as stated. Nice indoor heated pool. The beds were very comfy! The hotel was quiet, we never heard anyone else from our room. The air conditioning worked amazingly even with the 100°+ outside temperatures. Breakfast was great as well, sausage, eggs, pancakes, cereal, bagels, muffins, juices, and coffee. Will definitely visit this location again!

The only problem we had was the first night we was there another man with his kids had a key card to our room and came in apparently we both had the same room The man was very nice about it apologized and went back down stairs to get another room. It was just a mix up no harm

Clean, Excellent Breakfast, Friendly Staff

. ,in Room small.TALL beds. Had to climb in. The room I booked was supposed to Sleep 5 adults but I don't know how. only 2 queen beds,small chair that did not make into a bed. I thought it was to have a couch- like a Suite.but it didn't...I had surgery and was looking forward to the extra space as I recovered during the 1st 48 hours. The phone did not work either- could not get a wake-up call.

Drain in tub was very slow draining and they said they would come che k it but I don't think they did because it never got any better. TV in one room didn't work and first night were told there was nothing they could do. Next day, front desk person(who was extremely helpful) said she could move them to a new room, which she did!

Breakfast had great variety. Location next to I-40 with several restaurants within walking distance was perfect; very quiet considering it was next to a major expressway. Our dog being able to stay for free was a PLUS.

People walked through the hallway at 2:30 in the morning talking very loudly. Not sure if staff or guests. Not sure you have much control over that.

staff was very friendly. restaurants and fast food were both close as well as a Walmart. the breakfast was good

The only two complaints I would have would be the bedroom in the master suite only had one lamp which was not enough lighting and none of the doors would stay open. they had to be propped open. neither of these small issues would affect me using this hotel again

Breakfast was very good. Lots of selections.

The staff could not keep ahead of the crowd during breakfast. Coffee needed refills, eggs needed refills. Construction workers left a mess all over the place. But we appreciated that workers left early in the day.

We had issues with the TV not working, but the front desk came up and got it fixed for us. The door also didn't latch and there was something splattered on the wall, but overall we were happy with our suite. The breakfast was horrible.

The breakfast. The food was rubbery and had a horrible flavor. The pancake mix was soured, and the gravy was nasty, cold, and grainy/chunky.
