The location and design of this place could not have been better! There are just 11 of these "tiny houses" and they are still far enough apart to feel just like being in your personal neighborhood. Plenty of privacy. We stayed in #6 with the porch swing, jacuzzi tub, and a bedroom on either end. We were amazed that all this could fit in under 400 square feet. It seemed MUCH larger than hotels we have stayed in (even with comparable square footage). The full sized coffee pot with pre-measured packs was also a big plus! It's also just a 12 to 15 minute walk into Eureka Springs proper! We will be staying here again, for sure! THANKS!!!
The only down side was that the internet connection was a little janky, but we worked around it fine. Other than that we have absolutely NO complaints. (I really wouldn't even call this a complaint, so much as a small annoyance.) :-)

Privacy, comfort, and location are the main reasons we keep coming back to this location. The Treehouse is always exceptionally clean and well appointed. The outside sitting area is perfect for fall and spring nights. I can't say enough good things about this place, the ease of reservations and the accommodating staff.
The only thing that was noticeable was the air conditioning seemed a bit loud. Nothing that was terrible though.

only thing that our room wasn't ready when we was ready to check in housekeeping was behind, which put our plans to shower and get ready behind m but it all worked out. the housekeeper was super nice he let us stay in the room while he finished up

We didn't have a breakfast. The location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching people go by and listening to music.

Very quaint and clean with high ceilings. Felt safe and well kept. Bathroom and shower were great. Staff was very helpful when we called to ask about how to operate the quartz fireplace. Also liked that it was separate from others for social distancing purposes.
The room was small (smaller than other "treehouses" we gave stayed at in Eureka Springs) and there was no place for luggage to be out/ open. 15 or so stairs to climb to get to the door, so be aware that luggage will have to be carried up all of those (pack light). There is a high window over the door that allows morning sun to shine directly onto the head of the bed, so if you want to sleep in (past 7AM) bring a sleep mask!
