Regency Inn Eureka Springs

The breakfast wasn't a grand breakfast which I would have liked, however it is the same as most hotels in Eureka Springs. There are not to many breakfast places, however lunch in town is expansive. I liked the location of the hotel. Close enough to things but still out of town.

Water Pressure but again it is probably the same everywhere in town. I live in Branson and people seem to forget that overall the population is very low so you cannot expect big city accommodations.

We booked this room online.. I didn’t know what to expect.. the room and staff were excellent .. I normally don’t stay at drive up to the door rooms.. in my experience those rooms are not very clean and on the low end!! I was pleasantly surprised this room was very clean and well kept property .. the staff were very pleasant .. My wife and I had a pleasant and restful stay ., I can’t say enough how clean this room was and how great an experience staying there was.. 👍👍👍👍😁

It was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds were very comfortable, and it was right on the trolley route.

It was outside of the control of the hotel, but our next door neighbors were very, very loud and there were some guests at the pool talking, in detail, about what drugs they use.

Didn't have breakfast there. I loved the cleanliness of the whole motel. And especially our room. The owner was very nice, friendly and helpful. Will be back next year.

The only thing that needs improvement is the internet, it was very week. But that didn't ruin our stay.

The persons at check in was very knowledgeable and was great!! I would stay there again..

There was not an ice maker that was saw. That was very disappointing. Breakfast items were very limited to choose from but service was good.. Would of given 10’s all the way except for the above items.

They were very friendly at check in and were able to answer questions we had about food options and attractions in the area. They even offered to keep the pool open 30 mins later for our children, beings we checked in a little late.

They didn't tell us at check-in that there would be breakfast, so we didn't know to try it.

Very easy check in process, we got to park right in front of our room. Not crowded at the pool

The chemical smell ( what they clean with) was VERY strong when we came in. So much so that one of us had a headache immediately. The pool needed some attention, lots of debris at bottom. Needed to be vacuumed.

Comfy beds, clean room, good exhaust fan in the bathroom, plenty of room for me, my sister, and her daughter.

There was nothing for breakfast. Even something to bring back to the room for later would've been nice.

Freshly remodeled, immaculately clean, friendly and helpful staff. Trolley stops right there.

Had to wait several minutes to check in because no one was at the desk or answering the phone.

Room was clean. Check in and out easy process. Lady at front desk super sweet and friendly. Good location. Great value for a room!

Air conditioning didnt get the room as cool as we'd liked. Water pressure was a little low in the shower.
