The owners of the hotel (Lou and Shane) are two of the friendliest people my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! We had some car trouble and broke down a few miles from the motel. They went out of their way, and personally drove to our car and waited with us until the tow truck reached us to ensure we made it to the motel safely. The room was everything we could ask for. It was clean, it had a private secluded feel to it with lots of trees around. The motel is located in the perfect area with a trolley stop right in the parking lot to take you downtown. Highly recommend this motel, you won’t find better service any where else!

The owners are great! Very friendly and helpful. They even told us some of the places not to miss during our visit to Eureka Springs!
There was a motorcycle fundraising event the same weekend as our stay which was awesome, but some of the people were pretty loud on our first night(after 10pm). This was in no way the owners fault, and they did make sure that things were quieter the next night.

Trying to pull out of the parking lot was tedious but it’s that way everywhere in Eureka Springs. The pool closed too early considering it was summer & the last showing of the play ended at 10:30.

The breakfast was simple. But great to grab and go. The owners were lovely and so helpful! The beds were really comfortable. Our room was in the back building and it Was perfectly quiet. The place is tad old and run down. No fancy amenities. But everything in the city is 100+ years old! Our kids were happy too.

Lou, Shane and their daughter, Ashley, are the best! They gave us a bouquet of flowers and gourmet cupcakes for our anniversary. The pool is awesome! We love staying here!

We could have used a Hot breakfast. the coffee pot was worthless. I had to bring my own. we had to ask for an ice bucket. and the tv wasnt working properly

First room had no hot water or working phone but was moved to a different room right away. Staff was very responsive and accommodating.

The motel is independently run and the owners are very friendly. They made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are extremely clean. Our family had fun swimming in their pool. The owners also gave us lots of advice about what to do in Eureka Springs.
