Land O Nod Inn

Location- perhaps the best location at the crossroads of the three highways in the commercial area. But the best thing about it- Samantha. She is exactly what you want and need at a resort property a host who is observant and accommodating. Even if something goes a little wrong - she fixes it - doesn’t sugarcoat it . No hotel is perfect - but when you have someone like her taking care of you - the imperfections charm .

same gripe i have about every hotel. - slow internet - i don’t complain anymore - just use my hotspot.

I was pleasantly surprised about the room! The cost was so low and we needed at least 3 queen beds I was worried what the room would look like. It was spacious, 2 room suite that was clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous! We enjoyed an afternoon of swimming with the provided inflatables. The breakfast was okay but better than a lot of continental breakfast I have had. It was perfectly centered where we were just minutes from downtown and a lot of attractions that Eureka has to offer.

I didn't really not like anything, my only suggestion is in the 2 bedroom suite is to have a love seat or something, with 6 of us it would of fit us better but this isn't a complaint! Just a suggestion

The location and the staff are great!!! The woman that checked us in was super friendly and very helpful! It was very clean, the room smelled very nice! The shower head had the perfect amount of pressure! There were neighbors all around us and some were pretty loud but you couldn't hear them in the room like a lot of places. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip into Eureka Springs!!

The only thing was our air conditioner didn't take the moisture out of the air so at times the room had a bit of a moist feel. But I would definitely stay here again!!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, plenty of room...location was great....loved the nostalgia and colors of the 1970's bathroom...price was amazing!

Got there a little before 4 and the office was closed...called first number listed on door and got no answer...called second number and was rudely told that a message had been left that the office was closing early and we were given a code to get our key and paperwork..after that phone call we were a little concerned with the choice we had made but it all turned out great!

Cute property, nicely decorated rooms, lots of in-room coffee and toiletries, ample TV channels, good location, seemed clean, relatively quiet.

Office closed at 5 p.m. Never experienced this in a motel. This caused a few issues (e.g., no Internet, no ice, confusion about check-out procedures). More thought needs to be put into how to meet travelers' needs if staff hours are limited. Reservation confirmation varied from the norm also (several confirmation emails and a phone call where usually one email is sufficient). NO breakfast offered although this was stated on the Web. Checkout time not listed on the door or on the bill; no key drop off for departure before 9 a.m. opening (which is also late for travelers). Heating/cooling unit in room was super loud.

Property great, cleaning staff did an excellent job. Loved the brought colors, location and outdoor pool. Good quality for price.

Two of the Staff were not friendly at all and even more than once did not respond when spoken to. One morning which would have been Wednesday morning the 28th staff was likely 30 minutes late because they didn’t even open the doors and begin making coffee and getting breakfast out until seven minutes after eight. people were lined up waiting for breakfast. No apology or attempt to compensate for being late or creating an inconvenience. Also the pool was closed before 10 pm but the sign said 11.

Absolutely everything!! The building has a Victorian look to it and the rooms are so cute!! The whole place was beautiful!! The room was super clean and a lot bigger than most hotel rooms. The ladies that work the front are super nice and friendly. The location is really nice if you don’t want to be right in the middle of town but not in the middle of nowhere either. Overall this is a really nice place!!

Only one little thing one of the entrances is really rough because the pavement needs to be fixed but there is another entrance

It was a basic hotel room. Just what we needed. Super CLEAN!!! Beds weren't too comfy for me. I'm just used to a tempurpedic mattress that's all. Continental breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurts and pastries. Good enough for us. Front desk clerk was super sweet.

The pool was a little....dirty. Only because it was under cedar trees.

Pool was closed, check in was at 4, I showed up right after 4 and checked in and was given key. Went to room to find housekeeping still inside. They didn’t tell me it wasn’t ready. Breakfast wasn’t great. It was a grab and go. We were in there right after it opened and it wasn’t even set up yet. Gravy wasn’t even warmed yet and pastries weren’t out. It could have been better organized. If breakfast is at a certain time then it should be ready to go at that time, not just being set up at that time. It was already a late time for breakfast, I believe 9-11am

super shape for an older lodging all the towels and soap one could use a/c was great my nephew and i take m/cycle trips 2-3 times a year and we were both surprised and very happy with room and price breakfast was a little for us but we are chomping at the bit to ride Thank you so much Dennis &Dennis
